Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

I’ve visited this location twice within 2 weeks. The staff at the location were very friendly. The first time I visited this location the service was fast I received my order in less than 5 minutes. However, when I arrived to my destination, I realized I was missing fries from my order. The food was very good and fresh. The second time I visited the location I was able to place my order rather quickly. However, it took over 20 minutes for me to receive my order. When I did receive it, I checked the bag to be sure I had all my items especially since I was missing items last time. I’m glad I did check the bag because I was missing my baked potato, chicken nuggets, fries, and drinks. Once I received the missing food items, I still had to wait for my drinks which took another 5-10 minutes. I was highly disappointed with the service and food this time around. The buns were hard and the baked potato was over cooked. At the store, the Kisok was available which only accepts cards. You can also order at the register and pay with cash or card. The store needs to improve on their system when the store gets crowded because the wait time was...

The reason why I am giving 1 star is because this particular ocassion, around 2 weeks ago, me and my daughter went to buy food here at around 9pm. The place was a lil busy. The manager on the floor at some point went to the back and took like a 10 minute break, left the orders pending, neither the cashier nor the drink girl attempted to bag any orders. She did go to get the manager and came back to continue making drinks for orders waiting. Some other customers were also getting irritated that no orders were being prepared, while the food was just there pilling up on the prep table. After that 10 minute period is when the manager finally came back out and continued bagging and serving the orders. The place was a lil dirty too. The drink girl went to the back fixed her hair into a bun, didnt wash her hands and came back with some cups to stock up. I ordered 2 small ice cream softies and had to take the berry because the machine didn't have vanilla. It was spitting out a combination that looked like the were mixing different flavors in the same tube. The ice cream look like it had vitaligo. Then I had a large fries 🍟 I had to wait for about 10 minutes. I saw them being Prepare and when they were finished.I mentioned to the supervisor Hey, I'm just waiting for a large prize.It's right there.By the way she said I didn't get up to your number. The coworker, Someone under her heard this and handed me my large fries. THAT left a bad taste in my mouth, the supervisor was a clown for that one. You're grown and you still don't know how to multitask customer service situations. Anyway, this is why I rated it low as well As it being on the famous third avenue. Now anybody from the Bronx knows 3rd ave has alot of dope heads walking around, gang gangs and migrants. 🤣🤣🤣...
