Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Newnan

We got some pizzas from there maybe 2 weeks ago and long story short, my husband misspoke when inquiring about a pizza deal (large one topping pizza for $8.99) and instead of the employee correcting him and telling him the correct deal he was referencing, she sold him some small pizzas, the size of my hand, and for $11 each. I called after he brought the pizzas back to try to get some understanding of why they sent us back the small pizzas, and possible get a remake, and she said he ordered them that way and they would not remake them. Since I wasn't there when he ordered, I couldn't dispute his wording but when I did ask her if a customer needed help ordering a pizza that was on special, and that customer references the price of the pizza, would she assist the customer in placing the order for the deal and she said "they only give customers deals when they know the exact deal. They don't tell customers about the deals unless the customer already knows to ask". I worked in customer service and for sure, she did not go above and beyond the basic scope of her job. The deciding factors of where I spend my money are customer service and quality of the items or services I am receiving. She, and management, bombed this one for me and I will never be back. There are soooooooo many other pizza places to go to and Marco's isn't on the top of that list to begin with. So for them to be "middle of the road" in pizza, they need to have outstanding...

I called for a delivery order, and the girl that answered and took my order was extremely nice and competent. Often times when you order pizza from other places, the person who takes the call doesn't pay attention to what you're saying, puts you hold, or acts like they don't care. This person was extremely nice. I had a coupon and she told me of a better deal that was going on. The delivery was lightning fast. I couldn't believe how fast the driver got here. Took about 20 minutes I think. When he got here, he was all smiles, super nice and recommended that I get the pizza inside asap to keep it hot! He cared about the temperature of my pizza. Now that's good service. I got the pizza inside and it was extremely hot and delicious. The quality was superb and the crust was very soft. The only thing I didn't particularly care for was the bland outer crust, but if you had ranch it would be great. I think they also have other crusts, but not sure what they are. Everything was excellent. Blows Dominos and Pizza Hut out of the water (these in Newnan are awful awful awful). The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there is more delicious pizza than this in Tyrone: Partners II Pizza. It's the only five star pizza...

I have lived in Newnan for 7 years. At first, I. gave this place a great review, but yesterday changed everything. I ordered a pizza as always, but the order taker couldn't do a credit card transaction, so I said ok.I will pay cash. Waited for the Pizza never came, they said they called.I called to inquire, and Jason was rude and nasty and said I could never order from them again. I called back, and Mattie said she was the Manger then later said Jason was, and because I was nasty to them I couldn't order from them again. I said ok, but I would write a review and tell my congregation of 5,000.00 about my experience. 20 minutes later They delivered a Pizza Large Deluxe with 2 orders of chicken wings. They charged someone credit card (Not mine ) because it didn't go thru according to the initial person that took the order. I have never ordered Parmesian Chicken wings. So I took the Pizza and gave it to the homeless shelter. I will never order from this place again. This experience was unwarranted I no Apology was offered. Stay away from this place till they hire competent people that speak the Queens Language and know how to treat long and...
