I recently had the pleasure of trying the Lamb Shawarma Wrap and Chicken Platter at Doner House, and I must say, they were both good. This place is a food truck, seating available.

The Lamb Shawarma Wrap was a true delight. The tender and flavorful lamb, combined with a medley of fresh vegetables and a tangy sauce, created a perfect harmony of taste. Okay, so I'm kinda biased here because I'm comparing this place's doner to the real deal I've had all over Europe, especially in Germany. The spices on the gyros-style lamb(off the spit) and chicken(not off of a spit) are alright. The sauce is just tzatziki, and I'm used to having three choices: curry, tzatziki, and spicy. I asked for spicy sauce and the guy gave me some hot sauce in a little cup. I've never had a doner in a burrito wrap, but that's how they do it here. We got lunch at Doner House after visiting the aquarium and this was the best gyro I have had in years. The meat was cooked perfectly and was so tender. The staff was so friendly and he made my 3 yr old a special chicken and rice plate (instead of a chicken gyro) and recommended a certain sauce for it, and he absolutely loved it. My son gave it a “chefs Kiss” after the first bite and it really was so delicious.
