Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Newport

Ordered late at night got two pre-made old bread bowls that were rock hard tipped the driver 5 bucks waited till the next day and even said I would give the food back to them not eaten and the day manager basically called me a liar and I just wanted a credit for my food since she was so rude I’m not going to order there anymore and I’m going in when the GM comes in and asking for my money back. She could even see that I did order online last night it’s just sad if you don’t want to be in this job go work with trash or something it would better suite your attitude and if you can see that a customer spent a lot of money on a meal and they were not satisfied do something about it not to mention the fact that if you order in the day the food in awesome but if you order at night it’s terrible and I have given the nights several opportunities to be better I order all the time and I never am not disappointed sometimes I order a bread bowl and I just get a chicken Alfredo because that’s what they have prepped and ready to put in the oven did you know that leaving chicken out on the counter can make people sick and one time I walked in here and the had all their ingredients in a cart so they could clean their make line in the middle of the day but they got busy so the food just sat out you wait until the end of the night after close for a reason so you don’t make people sick with Unrefrigerated food it’s sad that a big pizza chain would allow there team members to treat their store without care due to lack of supervision. I’d leave zero stars if I could. I ordered food from here like I do at least once a week. Never had an issue before today. My experience has been so terrible that I will never eat from here again. I called to check on my order and a lady said it was delivered but it wasn’t on my porch. I told her I would check my neighbors porches (which I honestly didn’t have to do) and give a call back if I still couldn’t find it. I checked 6 of the neighboring houses with no luck so I called back. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and abruptly said “didn’t she say she couldn’t help you? You can figure it out in the morning” and hung up on me. This was my dinner! That doesn’t help me now. They now refuse to take my calls. I have called at least 10 times and my calls are being refused. Essentially stealing my money for food I never received. I am very understanding person, but this is just ridiculous. I have since checked at least 20 houses (because again, this is my dinner) and my food isn’t at any of them. My food was never delivered here (I have cameras) or stolen from another house. I was ordering food from somewhere else for the rest of my family, and I went out of my way to specifically order my items from here and this is how I’m repaid. Poor customer service and as someone who has worked in the industry myself for years, this is not how you treat the people who continuously give you business and in turn make YOU money. Ordered from here last night and though there was a wait due to it being late and there was only one gentleman making food The food was good and the gentleman was very nice and was hustling to get orders made as fast as possible. It was good enough that we came back tonight and ordered again and same thing The gentleman was working by himself to make food and very busy due to events in the city and it being a weekend late night. He made our food as fast as possible and it was delicious. I stopped coming here after several bad experiences in a row but as long as this guy is working you will have my business. This has been one of the better experiences at any restaurant that I've had lately. He's super friendly, works hard and makes the food accurately and it is well made. He said he hasn't been here very long but I could not tell. I believe his name was Scott I would like to give a big shout out to him and let him know that he is very much appreciated and an asset to domino's....
