If you’re hungry don’t bother stopping here, the girls won’t make anything. Tried getting food twice and was denied both times. First time they said the system was down and couldn’t take orders. Ok fine, it happens. Did some shopping and came back an hour later. Attempted to place an order and was told we couldn’t because they didn’t already have what we wanted pre-made. They refused to take my order rather than just making the food? Isn’t that the point of a restaurant? You order and they make it? Easy to collect a pay check when you aren’t doing any work. The food was excellent auntie annes is our favorite place to get food at the mall. Unfortunately I placed an online order it said it would be ready in 15 min i went up to the mobile pickup stood for awhile finally someone asked what i was waiting for. I told them mobile order was told they were too busy and to come back in 20 min. I sighed and agreed walked around and came back in 30 min was told again that it wasnt ready and to come back in 5 min. My kid was hungry this was ridiculous and enough for me to not come back to this...

Food is good but expensive. The employees are rude for no reason and they stuff their faces right in front of you instead of politely going in the back to eat. Maybe they should sell their pretzels to customers instead of eating all of them. Then perhaps their customers wouldn't have to wait 15 minutes every time for a new batch at dinner time. I won't ever go here again because of the way the employees treated my husband and I. Learn to respect others and close your mouths when you chew your food. Thanks but no thanks...
