Leaving this review because they almost killed me.
Went through the drive through to just get a milk shake, entered the line and it was only me and one other car. took 10 minutes before they told the car in front of me to pull forward then when I pulled up they told me to look at the menu for 5 minutes. Finally they took my order and I said I wanted a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake, they put the order in and made me wait at the speaker/menu for another 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes she told me my total and I pulled forward. I paid for my drink and drove away. While driving I took a sip of the milkshake and it tasted like peanut butter (I’m allergic to peanut butter) at this point I figured they gave me a butter finger milkshake. I pulled over spat it out and had to drive to target to rinse my mouth out before I went into anaphylactic shock. Luckily I didn’t swallow any of it. I drove back and walked in to let them know it wasn’t what I ordered. Two managers came out and started arguing with me saying “that’s what you ordered”. I proceeded to mention to them that I’m allergic to all peanuts and would not order anything with peanuts in it. Turns out this was a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake that they gave me. I asked them politely if I could just get the milkshake that I ordered and the manager kept arguing with me about it even though I already paid for the milkshake. I did not ask for a refund or continue to argue with them I just asked for the correct drink. They finally got the correct milkshake for me in under 10 minutes and I left. I’m not leaving this review to scare people away from this business, I’m leaving this review to warn people what you might be in for. If I had any advice when ordering here I’d say definitely go in and order the drive through always takes over 15 minutes. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Upon entering the restruant, with my family of 5, we were seated at a corner table. On our way to the table I was walking on french fries and sticky pop on the floor. I told my husband we should go now but we decided to stay. (I wish we wouldn't of.) We were seated at the table and I sat in something very wet and sticky. I was so grossed out. We got our drinks and the lady brought out all adult size cups filled with ice and water. My 2 year old instantly spilt the drink all over herself. I didnt have napkins at all so I had to get up and go to the hostess station and grab them myself. When I got back I decided to put the ketchup and mustard holders up so she didnt touch them and I seen a long hair on the mustard, at this point I wanted to leave right away. My husband didn't want to be embarrassed so we rode it out. The food was great, and I didnt have any complaints at all. We waited over 15 minutes for a box and bill, and finally my husband took our kids out to the car while I paid. Since he wasnt with me, I decided to speak up about my experience and ask for a manager. An older gentleman by the name of mike came out, and had a attitude from the start. As I was explaining to him about what we just went through he mimicked me in a smart alik tone. He then proceeded to get snappy with me when I asked for the head bosses phone number. He thought i was trying to get a free meal when all i was doing was making him aware of the restruants poor condition and lack of training. I will never go back here again. Not only was I humiliated but I am totally grossed out as well. Servers should know, to always bring napkins, always bus a table before you sit guests down, and never give a 2 year old an adult cup. They need to hire someone to clean the restaurant, because if the front of the house looks that bad I cant imagine what the back of the...

My husband and I went around 11:10pm and online it says open until 12am, but the woman on the speaker said they were closed and were only taking pick up orders. We pulled off and ordered a pick up order on the app. It said in progress, we sat waiting for almost 20 minutes until it said complete and it charged our card, and then went through the speaker for the girl to say they have no order under our name and say it was probably a different location. My husband confirmed the address and the girl said they don’t take pick up orders after 10(would’ve been great to know before we sat in the parking lot and put an order in and waited for 20 minutes). We told her it charged our card and she didn’t even say a thing. She didn’t offer any help at all and said yet again that they don’t have an order under our name. The website and app needs updated. And they need to get employees who are more helpful in a situation like this or have common sense to get another employee who can help. I don’t even know where our order went but we are going to call and try to get our money back. I don’t recommend this location at all.
