Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Noblesville

Sign on the wall says guaranteed fun and friendly customer service. Yeah right!!! Went to the shop with my husband and another couple after having lunch. I didn't want anything so I so decided to stand back out of line and the way. My friends got their order and my husband was waiting to order when one of the workers decides to ask me in a very rude and condescending tone if there is something that I need (as if I were loitering). I said no, I'm just waiting on my husband (as I pointed to him in line, who was patiently waiting on her to come and take his order). She then proceeded to turn and look at him as if the fact that he is in line justifies me being in the shop. When it was time to pay I walked over and stood next to my husband and told her that she really needed to take the posted sign to heart and apply it in her customer encounters. She asked what sign and I pointed out the sign that east clearly hanging right where customers place their orders. I kindly stated that she did not speak to me in a fun or friendly manner. She then tried to make excuses that she was just trying to see if there was something that I needed. I told her I was good, just take your sign seriously. I'd give negative...

My little son and I always come here after he gets his haircut next door. It is our fun tradition. We do it so much that we signed up for the points program. Today my son got a kids size cookie dough. The service was extremely subpar and disappointing. The young man with brown hair put a wad of cookie dough in the middle of the icecream cup and didn’t bother to break it up. I was kind of shocked. I mentioned it to the young brown haired female cashier. She said that is what they do when it is a kid size. Seemed like an excuse as I have been here and other locations multiple times ordering the same thing and never had that happen. My son could not scoop up the icecream because there was a large unbroken disk of dough in the middle of his cup. I was definitely frustrated. I asked the girl to break it up. She broke half of it up but there was still a wad bigger than his spoon when he went to eat it. That is what cold stone does they mash your toppings into your icecream. Take that away and why would I buy icecream here instead of...

I like the food here...but, I do think it is a bit pricey. I can go to Walmart and get the a ton of Ice Cream for a similar price. However, there is a catch. The Ice Cream here is simply amazing. I honestly don't even care about the price, if I get Ice Cream that tastes this good, I'll definitely pay up every time.

As for the service? I didn't feel like it was anything special. I mean the staff wasn't rude and they got me what I wanted. They were nice enough to explain everything to me when I asked how things their worked stuff like that. But at the same time, I don't think they were exactly trying to make me feel welcome.
