Ever been yelled at for asking a reasonable question? You will be at this Qdoba! Placed an online order, showed up 15 minutes later, waited 10 minutes in the store with quite a few other online order pickups, none of which were being made.
The line was never more than one or two people, but they were prioritized at all times. I finally asked the cashier if we should get in line to have our online order made and the manager came storming around and started yelling at me - actually yelling at the top of his lungs - about them being understaffed and that they were out of steak. Totally get that, that’s why I asked if we should wait in line, because for some reason those were customers but we were not? I was again yelled at for getting an attitude. Multiple people walked out of the store at this point, he said he couldn’t make our order anyway because he didn’t have steak. Why didn’t you say that when we got there??
We left with no refund because he couldn’t process it, no food, and literally after getting yelled at in front of the whole store. I’m thoroughly appalled at the entire situation, I’ve never in my life been treated like this and I can guarantee I won’t be placing myself in the position for that to happen again by walking into this store. Please do yourself the same favor and avoid this location.
I honestly wish I had a video but I was so shocked that I was being yelled at like...
Read moreI visit Qdoba very frequently but this is my 1st visit to this location. The biggest downfall was the portions. I got a chicken burrito. The small shops they use were half full. She gave me 5 pieces of chicken. Yes, 5. It was so small I could count them. When I asked about it she said it was the normal amount and could add more for an extra charge. This continues for all of the toppings including the 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream.
The next issue was the placement. Guac was on one end. Chicken was on the other. The 2 stripes of sour cream were on the sides. It was like an adventure story of what I'm going to experience in the next bite. One bit is all rice while the next is a mouthful of guac. Hope you liked those because you'll never experience their flavors again.
Lastly is the cashier experience. I had a survey for a chips and salsa and an e-gift cars that I bought from Qdoba. He didn't know how to apply the survey code. Then we tried the gift card 3 times before accusing me of it being empty. He then got a manager who was able to apply the card.
The location is ok. It's on a corner and there isn't really a convenient parking location. But there is outdoor seating and a little turf area close by.
Overall the customer service was low enough that I won't be back to this location...
Read morePlaced an online order and walked into a nearly empty restaurant at lunchtime on a Tuesday. So empty, there was no employee behind the counter or anywhere available to assist the other customer or me. The area behind the counter was filthy - ingredients spilled/splashed over the prep area and smashed tortilla chips on the floor. It was me, one guy waiting to place his order and two people eating in the dining room. The guy waiting to place an order finally walked out after a 5-minute wait and no sign of an employee anywhere. I consider leaving, but my online order had already been paid for and I didn’t want to kiss $15 goodbye. Two more people came into the restaurant and waited to place an order at the counter. After another 5 minutes or so, a diner got up, threw away his trash and went behind the counter. It was an employee!! Did he greet me or ask me how to he could help? No. He immediately took the order of the two new people. Finally, two female emerged from the back kitchen area. No idea where they had been, but one of them (the manager I presume) went up the order kiosk and started to making my order. Given the condition of the restaurant, I actually considered just throwing it in the trash and going hungry. I will never visit this Qdoba...
