But in the broad light of day, when judged against the city's wider pizza offerings, it lands squarely in the "just okay" category, earning it a solid three stars. The best thing about Chanello's is the value and convenience. The deals, especially the "Big Boy," are hard to beat, offering a massive amount of food for a reasonable price. The online ordering process is straightforward, and they are one of the few places still reliably delivering into the wee hours, a service that cannot be overstated. When that pizza craving hits after midnight, they are a beacon of hope. The pizza itself is the definition of serviceable. It’s not going to win any craft pizza awards, but it's not trying to. The crust has a pleasant, soft chew, there's a generous amount of cheese, and the toppings get the job done. I've had pizza from this place once before and didn't like it enough for me to try it a second time. That being said, a late night bout with hunger led to me finding that Chanellos is the only place around that delivers late night. After falling for what they claimed to be their "new" jumbo sized wings, twice as big as before, I ordered 8 buffalo wings and some bacon cheese fries. Starting with the wings, they're overpriced at 8 for $8. The almost buffalo sauce was alright, but the wings were drenched in a pool of it, which was unnecessary. Biting into it, half the time I got juicy chicken, and half the time I got gristle. Additionally, these were totally ordinary wings, in fact, the first one that I grabbed may have been the smallest wing I've ever eaten. On to the fries. Delicious. The cheese appeared to have been melted on a flat top grill and the bacon was tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately, for something so promising, I was left with further disappointment when I found that I could practically count the number of French fries in the box on my fingers. For $5 I got melted cheese, some diced bacon, and maybe 15 fries.

All in all, my order was about $20 and I got 8 sub-par wings and a small fry. I probably won't order from here again unless I've had too much to drink and forget how...

I wish I could leave a big fat 0! This Chanello's get's worse and worse. They were late as heck with my delivery and when I called to find out what was taking so long with the order which was already 45 minutes late come to find out my order still had not left the store. I was so mad but I didn't want to piss them off and they do something to my food. When I finally received my order the delivery person stated they had someone new on the oven and that's the excuse he gave. I then called the corporate office to complain about Chanello's and I get a voicemail that says they are open till 5:30....I receive a return call from AMBER and I stated as large of a corporation as Chanellos is....there is only 1 person answering the complaint or compliment line??? She then replies I don't know how large you think we are but it's just me....very nasty. I think I will stick with Pizza Hut! The funny thing is the owner replied and asked that I send a email to fix their error but they have not replied or fixed the error. I will continue to tell everyone to not purchase...
