I never leave reviews but this experience was the worst I've had in some time. I paid for the order online then when I arrived to pick up the food the doors were locked. I knocked and was ignored so after reading the email I saw the no contact pick up and figured with the door locked that's how they operated. I started the timer like it said while I parked directly in front of the store with my 4-ways on. Almost 10 minutes later after 2/3 failed call attempts a delivery driver walked out and asked if I had an order. I said yes and he then told me I had to knock and pay for my order, I told him I had already paid and knocked once only to be ignored. Then he walked up with me shouting "he's here for a pick up!" Finally they opened the door and the same guy that someone actually posted a picture of on a different review was very short and rude and said your total is 50 something and we aren't taking cash right now. I let him know I had already paid and he was like oh yeah I guess you did. Never apologized for my wait or for being so rude in general not to mention not paying enough attention to see i already paid 50 plus for the order. The delivery driver was friendly but every one else in the shop were extremely rude and unprofessional. They keep the door locked and ignore people when they feel like it. Very disappointing and the food sat for 10/15 minutes longer than it should have. In need of new management and retrained to deal with public. 100% won't...
Read moreWe order from this dominos almost weekly! Issues happen with pizzas we know this but tonight there was a band aid baked into my pizza... dominos boasts quality check- how did you miss a freaking bandaid in the pizza!!!! When I tried calling no answer so I drove up to the store and asked to speak with a manager - the register employee told the manager I needed to speak with him, to which he responded "I'm tossing food right now you (the employee) can handle whatever." To which I replied no I need to speak with you. His response: "Sorry but you came in at the beginning of the dinner rush, I can't talk right now" so I let him and all the customers in the store at the time know that I had a band aid baked into my pizza. He still didn't come to talk to me. The employee at the register promptly apologized offered to remake the pizza or refund my purchase. I accepted the refund then asked the manager why an injured employee wasn't wearing gloves. He then told me that dominos doesn't allow gloves because there are too many chemicals in them. Then I asked if that's the policy then why is an injured employee handling food- to which I got no response. Maybe the employee behind the register should be the manager...
Read moreI am USUALLY satisfied with this Domino's. I was really disappointed my last visit with the customer service and how irritated they were when i wanted them to redo my pizza after they messed up my order.
Fast forward to yet another incident with this location- thank goodness for the manager, Ethan, for diffusing a situation from one of his rude delivery drivers. I have a hairless cat who likes to hang out in my car (and a freshly ran dryer). Not to mention, past 6 in the evening, it is not even hot outside... she would rather be out there than in the air conditioning. This driver was so rude in voicing her opinion about how our bald cat was in the car, that she LEFT with my already paid for food. I get having an issue, however- but there are ways to handle things and then there was how Morgan Smith handled herself. She was rude and then left with our food! And im pregnant and throwing up waiting for the food to finally get here... it was an all around bad situation... all i can say is, thank you Ethan for your great...
