WORST MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF LIFE!!! THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! I don’t write a bad review unless I have been treated badly, and this was HORRIBLE!! I placed a DoorDash pick up order over an hour before the restaurant closed. I arrived when the app said the food was ready, only for the lady at Taco Bell to inform me that they were out of the some of the items I had ordered and I would need to cancel my order on DoorDash. I asked what items they do have and she said because they were closing she didn’t want to make any of it. I explained that at the very least she should contact DoorDash and cancel the order. Too which she replied “I’ve been doing this a long time boo, you gotta do it.”
At this point I was hungry and tired, it was late at night and this woman had refused to make any food even though the restaurant didn’t close for an hour and was now refusing to help me in any way shape or form. On top of that, she was speaking incredibly unprofessionally and condescendingly towards me. I will admit I got angry and used some profanities as I explained what a horrible experience this was. She said “Haha, have a good night boo.” At this point I yelled at her that “I wanted her name and to speak to a manager, because this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life.” I was HORRIFIED to learn she was the manager. She refused to give her name and threatened to call the cops and accused me of drinking. I had not been drinking, but I imagine she assumed she could use this since the hour was late and I was angry. She called me boo condescendingly several times before I told her I am most certainly not her boo. I can’t believe she thinks this is an acceptable way to speak to a customer. I left and informed her I would be leaving her a bad review. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!
I do not know this manager’s name, but she is the manager at the Taco Bell on 1113 N Military Highway, Norfolk, VA 23502. I am going to leave this review in as many places as possible in the hopes that this horrible human being is FIRED. No other course of action is an acceptable response to this. I have never been so disrespected by customer service personnel in my life. I cannot believe this woman thinks it is okay to treat people this way, or manage a business in this manner. She is not management material. I have worked in the service industry for years and even worked as a Dasher and I have never experienced a manager as unfit for her job or as unprofessional as this woman. She should not be leading or training any employees! Can you even imagine having a horrible boss like that? Read moreThis is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location multiple times during different hours of the day. I’ve waited twice for someone to take my order in the drive thru (at the menu thing) for over 10 minutes, twice. Once, a guy picking up trash had to yell to get the attention of the person at the window. The second time, I drove up to the window and waited an over hour, YES 60 MINUTES, to get two burritos after I ordered them. I watched as two people came outside to smoke and it wasn’t cigarettes. I also watched as all the cars in the drive way leave with food, and the employees make food for themselves (it was put in bags and stayed there with no cars in the drive thru). Just when it couldn’t get any worse, someone came out and asked me if I wanted cheese quesadillas because that’s all they had left. After paying, watching all the other customers after me get what they ordered, I get treated like scum. Not one time was I rude disrespectful or condescending and this is the service I get. Read moreI ordered Door Dash. The Door Dash driver couldn't have been any nicer. And my order was sitting ready and my door Dash driver called the store because the drive thru was so long and he was hung up on and had to wait there for 30 plus minutes while my order just sat there getting cold. He called the Taco Bell on 3 way and I listened to them talk to him terribly before then hanging up on him. Something needs to be done when the inside is closed but making Door Dash drivers wait in long drive thru lines even though I ordered 30 plus minutes before any of those drivers pulled into that drive thru and then the way they talk to people, so uncalled for and since I've done Door Dash, I actually understand that the business actually pays Door Dash to get more customers. But the Door Dash driver is just delivering the food. I'm still a Taco Bell customer but these employees treat me like "oh it's just a Door Dash customer, screw them" They couldn't have been worse in this situation and moreso how they talked to the driver and...
