Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Norfolk

This is absolutely an establishment with severely inadequate customer service and it is critically lacking professionalism. I went today, my first time and requested two pepperoni pizzas. The Anglo Saxon female at the front with the dirty colored stringy hair took my order. She stated there were two ready made pepperoni pizzas in the warmer that are fresh and made less than 5 minutes ago. I informed her that I wanted freshly made pizzas. She proceeded to take the pizzas out of the warmer and show me the pizzas, they looked just as though they had been sitting for 10 or more minutes. Yes, they were warm however, the cheese did NOT have that fresh, glossy, cheesy look, that it has when it is just out of the oven.

I stood expressionless, this female said it will take 20 minutes to make two more. I said that is fine. This female went in the back and informed another larger sized female that was making the pizzas, and the atmosphere became very intense as the female making the pizzas began looking hard eyed and rolling her eyes, while mumbling under her breath and staring at me. This female began talking to other employees (male) in the back and they would take a peek at me as I was standing in the front watching as the female made the pizzas in the back.

After the pizzas were done, the female that made them and the female that took my order allowed the pizzas to sit awhile before bringing my PAID in FULL pizzas to me while they were fresh out of the oven.

The female that took the order said with a smirk, while giving me the pizzas, “the pizzas in the warmer were not fresh enough, these are fresh out the oven.”

While I was waiting for my pizza another customer came in and ordered three pepperoni pizzas. The girl in the front gave her the ones that were already in the warmer when I had arrived 15 minutes ago and told the lady the same thing she told me…they are fresh and were in the warmer less than 5 minutes…seriously…😒

Please see the names of the staff that work at this Little Caesars which I refuse to give another cent that I work hard for. The two females that were working around 3:30pm today, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, one at the front counter and the other making the pizzas were the deficit ones. The males were ok…No...

I went here to get some mini pizza things and bread sticks.... It was 7 o'clock few days ago a guy or gal with long hair was working and a young guy in back... Well I asked for some minis n he said they don't have any...just the one that's in the warmer n only bread sticks was in the warmer... I said so can u cook me some then I was told they don't have anymore .... I could tell something was off.... So I said ok I'll take the one that's been sitting in warmer n a bread stick... He reached in. The warmer I said can I get fresh bread sticks I'll wait cause he went to reach in and take the bread sticks in the back like he was gonna bring em back to life...I said I'ma be honest if I pull it out n it's hard or no season or taste I'ma just give em back so can u get fresh please so the guy with the long hair told the young guy in the back she don't want old ones the guy in the back got mad cause he had to make fresh bread sticks like dude it's 7 o'clock... U won't cook me fresh poppers n u h don't wanna cook me fresh breadsticks..it was giving lazy... Didn't wanna serve hot n fresh but wanted my money.... So the long hair guy went ahead n put some fresh ones in oven... 👍... But no mini tho..by the way... Do y'all close at 7.... Cause if not then don't treat customers like they are a problem for asking for something hot.... I'll go to Chesapeake before I go back there again .poor service... N the bread sticks still had...

So I call the Janaf store to get some assistance with ordering online. I advised the young lady of my problem. She asked for my address, then told me to call another store because they don't deliver over 4 miles out. I advised her that I was literally 4 - 5 minutes away, less than half a mile. She then placed me on hold and Literally left me there until I finally hung up 13 minutes and 38 seconds later!!! I called right back and no one answered, even though it ran out about 7 or 8 times. I only actually waited on the phone so long because I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong trying to order online. And I wanted to let her know. I was concentrating, so I just let the call hold. I'm sure I'd still be holding right now, if I hadn't hung up. You see, This is why I'm willing to pay more and go to certain places. I'm willing to pay for good customer service. This isn't the first or second time I've had "this type of issue" with the workers at this store, but...
