This location is trifling and ghetto. They literally gave me my food, a whopper, and a fry with bald up napkins in the bag with my food. I didn’t notice it until I took the fries out of the bag after eating one then I realize they had balled up napkins in my bag, so I went up there and asked for fresh fries and of course they act like they had a problem with that when the fries clearly has been sitting there the whole time and got cold. I should have known something was funny about this location when I was the only one in the restaurant and the workers is just lingering around walking around like they don’t even wanna work even when the guy run my food up. I use my app which had a double whopper and small fry for $8.99 yet he still rung me up for $18 and something then in the back had to come fix it so maybe they did this to me because I didn’t overpay for my food like they like they wanted me to. It seems like this location Is used to bullying people and overcharging them. This is my first and last time ever eating at this ghetto trifling Burger King location because this clearly didn’t make no sense and I feel like throwing...
Read moreHorrible. I dropped in because I tried the French toast sticks for the first time last week and I wanted them again. I should preface that I went to a different location the first time. This one is closer to my home. Right off the bat I was unimpressed. The young lady greeted me in the drive thru with “welcome to Burger King”, and that was it. So I went ahead and ordered a chicken biscuit and French toast sticks. She asked me to pull around to the first window. I pay and then she instructs me to pull up to “the pole”, which is right at the next window but not quite. So I pull up to the window. Stupid me. She ask me to back up from the window to “behind the pole”. I’m completely confused. When lm finally waved up to the window; in confusion I ask what was going on. She tells me that waiting at the window would have “run the time up”. I kind of get it but am still a little annoyed. None the less I get home with my food and am completely disgusted. Read moreEpic fail from beginning to end. I entered this location with the purpose of ordering from the app and paying at the counter. No one was at the counter, but I clearly heard people talking in the back. I looked through to the kitchen area and one of the crew members and I made eye contact. She attempted to take my order, but it came up as the regular price and not the discounted amount on the app. She tried to explain to me that the app does not always give the discount, just points. I decided that I did not want the order, but the crew member told me to hold on and will be right back. She then proceeded to take drive-thru orders. Is there now a trend in fast food that drive-thru customers receive priority service? Apparently at this location. She never came back so I left. I'll conclude this review by saying Burger King, do better. I worked a Burger King while I was in college at a time where we put customers first regardless of in-person or drive-thru status.
