ZERO STARS!!!! Visited this location for the first time and won’t be back! The 2 girls working had horrible attitudes. The one that took our order tried to tell my son that all they had was one cup of pretzels and we needed 3. I told her we needed 3 and the other girl (who claimed to be the manager) said in a disgusted voice that it would take 10 minutes. We spent almost $20 for 3 cups of pretzels, a bottled water and a super small cup of root beer. While waiting I decided to buy a box of Cinnabon’s that was sitting on a rack in front of the counter and had a sign that said, Today’s special $10 any Cinnapack prepacked and ready to eat.. and it had 2 boxes of Cinnabon’s on it. I picked up one and after about 5 minutes and never acknowledging me or any other customers behind me, one of those customers asked if we were in the right place and then she finally came back to ring up the Cinnabon’s (I had already paid for the pretzels). The Cinnabon’s rang up $16 something so I questioned it and showed her the sign. The supposed manager refused to honor that sign because she said nobody changed it this morning. Well, that’s not my problem. It was 7:30 PM. She had a terrible attitude and refused to honor their sign and when I asked for a manager she claimed she was the manager. She argued with me for a few minutes and would not budge while her line of customers got longer and longer. It is not my fault that the sign wasn’t changed and the Cinnabon’s were on the rack with the sign. So... I guess those Cinnabon’s were yesterday too since the sign wasn’t today’s?!?!? Prior to her trying to charge me regular price I had also asked if I could buy some that a guy had just been taking out of the oven and she told me NO because they were for tomorrow! I have been in stores that had way bigger priced items that were priced wrong and they had to honor that price. I have never been told that I couldn’t buy some hot out of the oven Cinnabon’s because they were TOMORROW’S. I can’t even explain in words how bad their attitudes were. The guy was very nice when he was giving our pretzel nuggets to us but those 2 girls were horrible. The one girl couldn’t even focus long enough to take our order and I watched her staring up at the ceiling and everywhere else while taken another order. The manager had the worst attitude I have ever encountered in a retail type store. The location at South Park is NOT like this. They need to go through some training on customer service skills and making sure that all signs advertisements are honored. Instead of honoring the $10 they lost the sale. I know the $6 wasn’t much more but it’s the principle behind it at that point! If I had not of already paid for the pretzel nuggets I would have left...
Read moreI went yesterday (a Monday) to return a few things to the mall and when I first walked by there was no one in line and the employee was just standing around. So after my returns I decided to get a pretzel, there were two people in front of me in line. There was only one employee working and she was not moving with purpose. After waiting for quite a while, I was supposed to be next. However the worker called to two little girls who were in line behind me for them to go get their mother to pay for their order. So after I was told to wait longer I finally get up to the front and was told no pretzels were ready and it would take 7 minutes for one to be ready. The employee should have informed the customers of this before making us wait in a line for nothing. It was supposed to be a treat instead it was an irritation. Needless to say I did not wait another seven minutes...
