This was my favorite Moe’s for quite some time but it has gone downhill in the recent months. When I can’t make it to the Tanger Moe’s, which is my favorite one, and I’m craving that salad I cut my losses and go to this one. The floors are always dirty, the area behind the counter is dirty, even when they first open and there isn’t consistence with flavor. It’s been pretty bland lately. Today I was starving because I’ve been very sick all week and not able to eat much but didn’t have the energy to cook or go out so I ordered on the app. Delivery time was early, which was nice, but I was missing three things from my salad. One of which was dressing! I had to use my salsa instead which left me with nothing for my delicious chips. I asked for extra salsa but didn’t get that. When I called the manager was very sorry. However he said he could call a delivery driver back to bring my missing items but “that usually doesn’t go over too well.” I told him to just forget it because I didn’t have the energy to deal with it anymore. He did refund me for my salad, which was nice too but it’s still very frustrating. I was really clear on my order (as shown on the receipt I have) and was still missing half of my salad. I’m usually very forgiving for stuff like this but with how my experience has been with this location lately I’ve been pushed to not return. Which stinks because it’s the most convenient to my home. I’m a regular Moe’s customer (I may have a Moes problem 😂🤦🏻♀️) and eat there at least once a week. Is also like to add that the manager uses pet names for female customers. I really don’t think it’s meant in a negative or derogatory way but it’s unprofessional and makes me a little uncomfortable. I very much hope they can turn things around! This is a great location! Hobby lobby shopping then...
Read moreThe experience and the food is mediocre. When entering in the store, there wasn’t any acknowledgement of us entering into the establishment. Secondly, we waited five minutes for the team to complete their online orders before we were even asked what we would like to order. If there were two choices of an item like fresh jalapeños vs pickled or the two choices in rice, it was as if the person making the burrito was in default mode as I had to stop them twice to clarify which item I would like. I asked for melted cheese and was told I needed to ask the other employee in line, and the cashier was no better. Never uttered a word, such as how you doing, mentioned what the total was and even with all of that I still insisted on saying thank you so very much, to not even be met half way with a smile or any type of words. I was handed cups and a bag with not one word spoken. I thought maybe it was just my family but as I waited on drinks to be finished by other family members I realize it’s just what they are accustomed to doing. Once we were home the melted cheese was so clumpy that even microwaving it did it no justice. My daughter finished her food, but I threw 90% of my food away, as I will never visit this or any Moe’s locations again. The whole experience allowed me to see why we have been faithful Chipotle patrons for over five years. My daughter was really craving this so much that I went beside my better judgment and entertained the foolishness. The food can be great and so can the experience if they only had individuals who actually want to be there and have some intrinsic motivation behind their...
Read moreThe black lady with the fake blue eyes… she was VERY disrespectful. I walked In at about 11:30 to grab a burrito. First thing she does when i walk in is suck her teeth, and then say “this is why didn’t want to open the damn door, bc I’m not ready yet” so i asked her when she will be. She said 10 minutes. So i came back. After i came Back, same results. Her attitude was so poor. Then i asked Her to make a homewrecker burrito. The entire time i ask For anything she sucks her damn teeth. Then when my burrito was done, she poorly wrapped the damn thing. I asked The cashier for a new tortilla. He says he can’t grab it bc he doesn’t have gloves on. So he asked her. In response she sucked her teeth again and said “you just want to make my job harder don’t you?” And i ignored It. She made me wait about 5-10 minutes for my damn tortilla and made sure to repeat “you just want to make my job harder don’t you” so i responded And said “your attitude is what’s making your job Harder” and the register guy even said he agreed to me. She still didn’t grab my damn tortilla at this time. I told The guy, “I’ll buy the damn tortilla at this point can i just Get my tortilla” he then told her to grab it and she finally did. With an attitude of course. You know it’s bad when customers are apologizing to me for your employees attitude. I was Very disappointed in my experience. Her attitude...
