Worst experience I've ever had in my life! Order a pickleball sub with extra bacon. The woman preparing the sub added the meat and raw bacon. Then asks if I want it toasted and I said no. She then slides the sub down and starts adding cheese on top of the uncooked bacon!!! Then asks about the veggies. I asked her if she was going to cook the bacon first. She then removes the cheese and puts the bacon in the microwave. She then asks about the veggies as I look down and see only 4 pieces of cheese on the sub. I point up to the menu board and tell her it's supposed to have double cheese. At this point the old man who is an owner I assume starts to give me grief about letting her know what veggies I want. I again try to communicate with him and her that there should be more cheese on the sub. All the while he begins raising his voice about what veggies. The bacon gets done and is added to the sub as well as the extra cheese that's supposed to come on it. She adds the lettuce and tomatoes and starts to add onions and I tell her no onions. I then ask for pickles and black olives. The old man then starts to raise his voice at me and tells me I can't have any black olives. He says to me that since I pointed to the board and asked for the double cheese like the board says I have to take the sub the way it is on the board. I was astonished and at a loss for words. I then asked him if he was serious to which his reply was an astonishing "Yes". He says that you have to take the sub just as the menu board says in a VERY loud voice.
Meanwhile there were 7 other customers in the store with their jaws dropping. I told him to forget the sandwich and walked out. I went to the Firehouse subs just down the road where I got a better tasting and looking sandwich!!
I do not complain EVER! ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had in a dining establishment!!!
I can't believe that SUBWAY would even allow this man to be an owner operator!
He was EXTREMELY rude!! I've had subs from here before and they weren't the best and I believe they use day old bread as well! I say this because a few of the subs I've gotten from here the bread was as hard as a brick!!

Read moreDo not order from GrubHub. It's supposed to be a delivery service and put my order in for a pickup. If I wanted to pick it up I would have called subway myself. I ordered through GrubHub to have my order delivered from this location. After finding out that it wasn't gonna be delivered and that GrubHub wasn't going to refund my money I decided to take the 25 minute drive to this location. They said they had the order ready over an our ago (which is not freshly made). I told the subway that I was going to come and pick the order up since they had nothing to do with the GrubHub order. When I walked into the door of this Subway they were remaking my order FRESH! They didn't have to do that but they did to satisfy THEIR customer! I give this store 5 stars because of the hospitality and service that I received even though a "delivery service" messed up and put it as a pick up which I do t understand why they would do that. Why would I make a pick up order through a third party company. GrubHub WOULD NOT fix THEIR mistake and this Subway had to take the loss. I appreciate the employees that had to make these subs twice and the owner who lost out on the little bit of money from GrubHubs mistake. I'll never order through GrubHub again if I have to pick the order up myself. What's the point? Props to the Subway next to Walmart...
Read moreI went to this location to give it a 2nd chance before i rated it, The 1st visit wasn't much different from the 2nd visit, the customer service Is lacking terribly I thought I heard him mumble in under his breath something about Americans but I'm not sure. He started ranting in his language afterwards towards his wife. My mother and I were very uncomfortable about it. The food was stale and and tasted like it was stored in the containers for a very very very long time. The 2nd time wasn't much different the customer service was still the same this time he didn't mutter under his breath but he started slamming things around the food again was stale, the bread was hard at the edges and stale in the center the vegetables tasted horrible like soap and metal. I have managed many restaurants and I can tell you that the food that is probably stale because they keep storing it in the container and they're not changing out their old food from their new trying to save as much money as possible which is very bad in the long run because you're given people nasty old stale food. They are very stingy with their toppings which leads me to believe that I am probably right about the storage. I wouldn't recommend this...
