I absolutely love this restaurant. IN THE MORNING! Tonight, we arrive at 9:20, they close at 11. Our server MEGAN was the only lovely thing about this particular experience! This hurts me personally. This actually hurt my real adult feelings. Like most other evening experiences, you expect towards the end of the evening, of course staff don't want to be there on a Sunday evening, understandable. However, the rest of us ALSO work. Today for my family, we stopped here at the end our evening because this is usually a safe space for us. Especially after the day we had. I did not anticipate being ran out of the restaurant AFTER ordering while at the same time being told we don't have to rush. The other waitresses came up to the front and started making comments about how they didn't want to stay and work and how they needed to be done already. Several different times as we were trying to order. As my daughters were nervously trying to decide whether or not we should even stay. I had to loudly address their comments and ask "if the manager had left for the evening", because their comments were unnecessary. Now, I too am a food worker. I understand. But if it was them, they'd feel the same way I do! I am finally off and I just wanted some warm food from people I thought I could trust! Instead I was met with sarcasm and disgruntlement. I didn't get upset. I sat down with them and explained how sorry I was and how I understand that they'd rather be closed. However my daughters can too see their behavior and we need less people like that. Then had to get my food to go and didn't feel comfortable continuing my meal even though I had already been served my soup (cold) and waiting for our meals. I was too nervous to ask her to warm it even though she did offer after setting it on the table. She never came back. The manager takes 20% off my meal... Which I told him he didn't have to do! When we get home, everything is over cooked, the one salad had no lettuce, and my daughter's chocolate chip pancakes had nothing that I paid for, in the meal. These are 2 different salads

Worst experience ever. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a server to come to our table after getting seated. My friend wanted the breakfast buffet. I went back to the kitchen and got our silverware and napkins. Seems like racist employees and a worse manager. We went to pay for the one buffet meal eaten and told the manager al of our concerns. He didn't care, didnt offer even an apology! No discount for our horrible time. This is a sad excuse for a restaurant option. Run from this one, especially if you are not an average white person.

My server was the greatest waitress I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Her name was crystal, she was very funny and sweet. Helped me order what I wanted the cheapest way possible. She realized that saving me money helps with her tip. Not just the standard 20% of the bill for a job well done. Not fantastic food, but it is eat n park. However the waiting staff brought this place up to a 4 star place. Haha

I used to really like Eat N’ Park but post pandemic I have to say I am no longer a fan. We went to breakfast and I had the original breakfast smile my eggs came out cold, the bacon was thin almost translucent and barely brown the new tater cakes and tater tots have some sort of spices in them that give an off putting aroma and the taste is worse than the aroma. I couldn’t wash out the taste with plain water so I ordered a small orange juice which if that was 100% orange juice I would be shocked it was watery really sweet and no acid at all more of an orange flavored drink than juice. The other two in our party one had the American Scrambler and the other an Original Breakfast Smile but they had home fries with their breakfasts so they were warmer than mine but both mentioned that they didn’t seem as good as they used to be. I am guessing the home fries were the last things ready and that is why their breakfasts were warm yet mine was cold. The other oddity is how they did the condiments two of us had toast yet they only brought us four small Smucker jellies two strawberry and two grape, I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and these came out in little plastic containers maybe a teaspoon of hot sauce and a tablespoon of ketchup. Confused at why they did this since if they are worried about leaving condiments out on tables then why do all the tables have salt and pepper shakers that stay on them? The big shocker was that two original breakfast smiles and an American scrambler with two coffees and an orange juice (swear it was orange drink) came to $30.69. The restaurant was clean the servers were nice and ours was not quite as attentive as we would have liked but did an adequate job of checking in on us and did offer the coffee drinkers a refill. Finally the last part was payment where instead of the server taking payment or paying at the register like it used to be they brought a wireless payment device to the table and left it for us to process our debit or credit card on our own, there was very little instruction and this was the first time I ever had to do this. I admit I am not a fan of these types of devices and I refused to use them at restaurants where they were present prior to the pandemic due to the inherent security risks in these types of devices and this being our only option I did it but wasn’t thrilled...

I love Eat n Park. I’ve been eating there for years. My daughter worked there for years and years doing hostess among other jobs there. They have a very, very rude, hostess, working there ( north Huntingdon) who never smiles and is rude to everyone that walks through the door. She was very rude to me and my family on several occasions to which I never said anything, but last month when I was in there with my family, I watched her being very mean and cruel to a disabled woman who asked if she could be seated near the front of the restaurant because she was not able to walk good and was probably in her 80’s to which the hostess replied “there are no effing clean tables “ also she said “THE WORD” And was very rude to the woman, and walked very swiftly to the very very very very back of the restaurant where she sat her, and she had a rag in her hand to that she threw at the wall and left it there. My mouth dropped to the floor at this, and I asked to speak to the manager and the manager came out. I reported the incident and she said to me “this is not our first complaint we’ve had against her we’ve had many, but we can’t find anyone to work” ???? Long story short I went there the other day with my family and who is working as hostess? The same girl… And what is she doing? She sitting on the windowsill texting and acting like we were bothering her by coming into the restaurant needing seated. I asked her if we could have a place close to the salad bar to which. She replied to me… “Maybe” in a rude tone ..not smiling …not joking… not kidding around… she was absolutely serious and rude. She has no business working there. If eat n Park is the place for smiles then why do they hire people who DO NOT SMILE AND ARE MEAN AND MISERABLE and not great you with a smile ??? I will not be returning...
