Very great customer service!!! I've been in Lola's 10-15 times and every time I've been to Lola's the bartenders are excellent💯👍👐👏Especially the bartender that was working the last time I visit there on 2/13/20 around 9:45pm. I don't recall his name although he did introduce his self. He was even better than excellent!! He had the best personality, friendly, happy, bubbly, approachable, outgoing, just the type of person people want to be around altogether, and excellent customer service skills. Out of 1-5 star rating scale I give him a 10!!! He's off the charts!! He is a perfect bartender!!! With every bartender soon as you walk in and begin to have a seat the bartender was asking if I would like a drink and if I need anything else please let them know. They also come around and check to see if you need anything periodically. Not too much to where it's annoying tho. I actually enjoyed myself. Signed up Sunday afternoon for their club, got 10000 points ($10) added to my account Monday evening (31 hours later). I was able to cash out the points for cash. You do not get a card, instead you enter your license number and pin. No money or tickets come out of the games. When you cash out the attendant pays you. They have a full bar and the drinks are comped when you play any of their 15 slots. Very quiet, usually only 3 to 6 people are there. All the employees are very nice and helpful. This is a very comfortable and cozy establishment. It reminds me of, "Cheers". Because it's so small, everyone knows each other and are very welcoming from the customers to the Barmaid. I should've asked her name. She was exceptionally sweet and warm. You can play one of their 15 machines, have a drink or all of the above and watch TV.
