The worst experience I have in the Colombia concept restaurant. I Colombian I invented my boyfriend from Europe I so excited when I see this place because I wanna show my culture 1- we orden two breakfast one iron man and one campesina casserole when the food come in the table I so disappointed is nothing nearly they describe in the menu my casserole supposed to have plantain ahogado and Colombian chorizo is nothing nothings nearly to this don’t see the plantain and the Colombian chorizo is exactly 4 things slices on top of my plate the ahogado (Colombia criolla salsa ) the served said is inside this really I know alllll Colombian people know exactly what is this honestly I feel just put tomatoes and onions and pretended nobody know what is the difference.

2- iron man breastfast was joke the side of everything in the plate is like kids side.

3- they charge for one cup medium side of cappuccino coffee with almond milk 1 dollar extra really? The regular cappuccino was 4.75 crazy but not happy we this we orden one hot chocolate and the caramel was 1.25 extra ajajjajajaja I can’t. understand the”gourmet” concept but is line between what you do for your benefit.

4- the staff the cashier and the runner lady food is really rude so aggressive when I try explaining why we don’t like the food the runner lady argument we us in the table in the bad way and said they not go refund the money for the plate we don’t like although we explain everything. The only things the runner food lady do good in the end was call the manager when she come really helpful person and we explained everything and about the restaurant and the process how the creat the dish and give for us two cards of free coffe and refund our casserole breakfast thanks so...

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from this place. I was a loyal customer and supported this business multiple times by ordering their food and drinks in person, as well as through the online ordering app. However, a while ago I went in to order some drinks, and the woman at the cash register wasn’t very friendly and took long to make my order. I was hesitant to purchase from this place again, but I decided to make a second attempt. This morning I went in to order a drink, and as I approach the register, the same woman from the previous time I had went, didn’t even greet me, and with an attitude told me that she had to take care of the customer next to me first. Honestly, it’s so unfair to have been a loyal and local customer, and to have been treated so rudely. They’re not family friendly , therefore if you have kids or a family who just enjoy to speak freely this is not the place for you . I came in with my 6 & 2 year old , and someone who was “working” on their laptop complaint about my kids and a guy who was working told me to CONTROL my kids because he received a complaint. First of all , he did not have to come tell me anything my kids were not bothering anyone they were just being kids . If you want quiet then maybe go to a library not a public space , second I’m a customer who just spent $30+ and was probably gonna stay for 40 min or less rather than a person buying you a coffee and staying for 2+ hours .
