I love Rita's and was extremely happy when this location opened. Unfortunately we had a misunderstanding by the store with valid coupons which were denied when we went in. A bummer, but after reaching out the owner reached back out to us, apologized, explained the issue, and more than made things up to us. Faith restored in Rita's!
