I bought a sandwich a couple weeks ago and did not get what I ordered , so I called the store and they said I must have grabbed the wrong one (as if some how it was my fault even though I was the only person in the store) but said they would issue a credit in association with my telephone number. So today I went to the store to order a sandwich and told them what happened and they treated me like I was trying to scam a $5 sandwich out of them even though I said if it's not on file I would pay for my food and talk to a manager later. I was then talked down to and disrespected by a bunch of kids young enough to be my own. I am so upset that they would treat anyone the way they talked to me. I left and went elsewhere to get my lunch obviously but I will be contacting the owner as well as corporate I've worked in customer service most of my life and would never dream of talking to anyone the way they did . Also I know that jimmy johns is a franchise and individually owned so I'll be speaking with the owner as well. Absolutely disgraceful the way...

And I don't appreciate going out in the cold and driving across town to be told it was a waste because the shop couldn't be arsed to wait to start closing till after actual close. In case it's not obvious, someone trying to access subs at 9:55 on a Sunday probably didn't have their day go right and is hurting for options, rather than dining on a whim, I'd point out. It'd be pretty cool if you didn't jerk them around by not adhering to your listed hours.
