Horrible experience tonight at this location, walked in about 722pm and was not even acknowledged for about 6 minutes at the counter (no other customers waiting a counter a few sitting in dining room). Finally told by who I would later learn was the "manager" Karla they would be with me in a moment. Order finally taken at 735pm(per time stamped on receipt). Then waited till almost 750pm to get my order(my partner had time while I was waiting to drive next door to Sonic, get his order and come back and sit in the car and wait for me, he didn't leave for Sonic till after I placed my order cause I saw a family in dining area who were sitting at their table when I came in STILL waiting for their order). They had some issue with their fryer and that is why they claimed orders were taking so long, karla even was closing the drive thru. When they finally around 750pm . Waved me up to counter I noticed the bag had been sitting there for I don't know how long and there was still confusion over fried items, Karlas first comment to me when I got to counter was look at that mess (referring to issue with fry, sorry as a customer I don't care a out what mechanical issues you are having or what a mess you have, just please get my order out so I can go(this was a to go order). When I asked how long my order had just been sitting there she could not answer that, I got them to remake the ham slider but they didn't remake the beef and cheddar (which comes into play a little later), after getting new ham slider and finally my ordered curly fries I leave, my partner had been back from sonic for several minutes and waiting in car. We drive home and start unpacking our various food bags I open my beef and cheddar and it has some kind of meat on it I don't recognize. So I repack and drive myself back to store( o sense in my partner's sonic getting cold so I go myself). I get there and ask for the manager, her lack of leadership skills (Karla) now comes fully into view, while one of the staff (John) tries to make things right,she is telling not to redo my whole order just the wrong sandwich(I have now gone 5 miles home and 5 miles back plus time at home to discover wrong order) I ask for either a complete re done order since orginal is now completely cold or a cash refund so I can go get dinner at sonic. Karla is totally disrespecting me by saying that only the wrong sandwich will be replaced and they had early replaced the ham sandwich that was sitting there. She also tried not to give me back my receipt. I asked her quite pointly if she had issues with me and attitude with me cause I was a white Male, the family I had mentioned earlier had waited a very time for their food and she was very apologetic to them(when I brought this to her attention she pointed to her husband dining room and said that was her husband, which was not who I had referred to and the family was already gone when I got back to store), she seemed from the beginning when she first took .my order to be a very uninterested and horrible manager, lacking all manager skills needed to be in her position. When the staff member John is trying harder to make a wrong situation right more then the manager something is wrong here. Read moreI decided to go to the Arby’s in North Richland Hills a few nights ago after seeing an Arby’s commercial in realizing I hadn’t had Arby’s in forever, but how much that I used to love it. It was kind of late, but I decided I would try to make it before closing, since I did not live that far away, arriving around 10:40 PM. It took a few minutes for someone to come to the speaker and then when they did, they asked me to hold on, a man and a white Beater came out and threw some trash away and went back inside and then the woman came back on the speaker and asked how she could help us. Promptly I asked for a number one, but to my surprise, they didn’t have a number one (roast beef & cheddar). Don’t you worry, though, the young lady let me know they have market fresh items available(everything else on the menu). I clarified with her because I had not heard of market fresh items at Arby’s before that she was saying they didn’t have roast beef available, and she said yes, but the burgers are good if you would like a burger. Let her know that burgers are a great option to have, but that simply I did not come to Arby’s for anything but roast beef, where they pride themselves on “having the beef”. There was no apology or explanation for this reason, just silence on the speaker so I said all right thank you and drove off. Went to the next closest Arby’s 10 minutes down the street to see if they were still open, but they had closed. So I grabbed this link that Arby’s always comments under bad reviews and I filled out the information and was contacted by the district manager who explained what happened to. He did let me know that they should be able to serve until 11 PM and that they were not out of roast beef so only offering market fresh items was unexplainable But that he would talk to the general manager and that I can have a meal on him. So I decided to go the day that I spoke with the district manager and ask for the sandwiches. I was originally going to order, but ended up only ordering one sandwich because my family was nervous that the staff members would do something to the food and this time the lady on the speaker Was clearly not happy… No customer service in her voice whatsoever. After every item I spoke into the speaker for my mail. Is that it with a tone. Once I was done ordering, she Gave me the total and nicely. I let her know that I had spoke to Derek and that my mail should be on him today promptly she said “why!” So I briefly explained And let her know that he told me that Cody was the general manager and would be there, she goes “yeah I’ll go get him”. I pulled around. She was not at the window, but when she came back, Cody was not with her, but my drink was in hand and my food came shortly after not once did she apologize for any or told me to have a good night… nothing, just Bad attitude & lack of customer service. It’s sad that this is the closest Arby’s so now any other time I would like Arby’s I will drive Twice or three times as far to receive better service.

Read moreWe stopped in at this Arby’s around 6:45 on Friday night, curious to try the new Gyro sandwich. We ordered the Gyro sandwich and 2 orders of potato cakes through the Arby’s app for immediate pickup. The Arby’s app was very easy to use, and we were delighted that our order was already freshly prepared and hot when we arrived. The Gyro sandwich was outstanding-the meat was flavorful, the veggies were fresh, the sauce was delicious, and the pita was soft and fresh. Upon arrival, we decided to add 2 Beef N’ Cheddars to our meal. The Beef N’ Cheddars were hot and stacked with plenty of beef and cheddar. All staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. The lobby and dining area were modern, neat and clean. I always have a great experience at this store. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who’s in the mood for Arby’s!
I wanted to mention that I stopped to write this review because I was impressed with the Gyro sandwich, but I have been here plenty of times previously. I usually have lunch here and have always found the food to be fresh, hot and tasty. I was impressed recently when I tried the chicken tenders and chicken nuggets and discovered that they are solid white meat (not formed!) with a nice breading, and plenty of sauce flavors.
