McDonald's — Restaurant in North Township

Very very disappointed on my last visit. Never have an issue but my last time I was incredibly unhappy I order 2 of the New chicken strips 6 pieces at the drive thru, when I got home I opened ready to eat and I was surprised that on my orders was no chicken strips they give me so small chicken pieces that looks like nuggets, so over cooked hard and just a few drops of the sauce. Went all the way back to reclaim about cause besides of this we pay close to $14.00 for the order. And again very unfortunate that I have to approach this on the drive thru because the late night, talk to someone on the speaker explained my situation and take forever to give me and answer, when finally she told me to go around to the first window, I drove around stop on the window a lady open the window and so clueless said "go to the next window" ok not a problem stop on the second window and a guy that it looks like a Manager ask if I have some hamburgers.... I told him that I was the one who reclaim about my order, so he ask if I want to reorder or a refund. I was so hungry, disappointed and tired that I don't want to way no more all this take close to 20-25 min. so I told him that I wanted a refund, he turned around and yelling and screaming to the staff ask why the lady at the first window does not give me the refund, take more time when finally he give me back $14.00 back, no sorry no comment. So surprised that the Manager act like that. Oh well maybe was a hard...

Very Horrible service and this was me and my family 1st time dinning and 1st time coming to this location.... Young lady was very rude never paid attention to my order had too repeat it 3 times and still got it wrong, I was trying to correct her by saying maybe this was her 1st day or week but found out it wasn't... Thought the boss (Mgr) was going to say something since he witnessed her conversations and attitude and rudeness but he got ignored too .... Smh I will never be/go bk there .... Horrible Mgmt and Service... On top of that the place is not clean the windows too there shades around the lightening is filthy lil bugs flying around and nuggets that looked like it had been sitting up there for days.... Someone with higher authority needs to do some Improvements because clearly the person who is there can't or just is comfortable as his employees.... It's a shame and when I asked can I speak with him he told me to wait and still didn't come, even when he knew we were dinning in with them... Yeah places like this gives everyone such a bad taste.. Also if u run the clock bk on the date they were very backed up but how they were moving no one cared accept the young lady that you'll see caring the food outside.... They need to be fired and...

Manger was very rude, bad attitude, and unprofessional. She refused to give her name and was not wearing a name tag. I called in because my order was not made correctly, it was cold and sloppy. The fish fillet sandwich had only half a slice of cheese and the other had no cheese. The employees said that half a slice was the way the sandwich was made. The picture in the app shows a full slice. I get that the picture in the app is not their fault. That picture is definitely false advertisement. I went back gave her all the food asked for it to be remade. She took the food and remade the sandwiches, but did not give me the fries. I went back around and ask for the fries and she refused saying that the fries where empty which they were not. She did not even give back the fries. I asked for her name and she said "she did not have to give me her name". All other employees ignored us afterward. This was the most disappointing experience at Mcdonalds ever. From the other reviews I can see that this is a frequent occurrence. With the treatment I received at this store I do not even feel safe eating that food...
