Panda Express — Restaurant in Oakland

AVOID THIS LOCATION GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! My friend got food delivered to me as a surprise and I was excited until I opened it. The food was delivered ASAP, so the quality issue is with the restaurant. My bowl wasn’t equal portions of chow mein and steamed rice, the steamed rice was cold and hard, my honey walnut shrimp had NO walnuts or sauce in my entire bowl or side order of it. The cream cheese rangoons taste like old, used fryer oil and were over cooked so the filling was non existent. My friend is getting his money back because I told him the only reason I was going to eat it is because he paid for it but this is the worst meal I have ever had from a Panda Express. I have had the worst experience here. When I first arrived, there was only one woman working and she was busy talking to her friend who didn’t work there.
