Went to get dinner this evening. My burger was raw, and we were kind of grossed out that a fast food place would serve raw burgers, so we took the uneaten food back to the counter to get an exchange or refund. The assistant manager, Jacob Czechowicz, was very rude and not helpful. He said that he could replace it, but it would look the same because that's how corporate wanted it cooked. A raw burger at a fast food restaurant, really? He kept demanding that it was medium well. Dude, it was medium rare and thats not the point anyway. He literally refused to cook me a well-done burger, and i have an autoimmune disease. You want to feed a person with an autoimmune disease a raw fast food burger, really? And on top of all that, i had just taken medicine that says " take with food" right before we walked in... Ok, refund our money and we'll go get dinner somewhere else. He refused to refund the full amount and was very condescending. And then he threw me out.The dudee literally stole my money. I spoke to customer service, who was very helpful and took my complaint as soon as we left, and said I would be getting a full refund. I truly hope this company does something about this man, and I feel sorry for the people who have to work for him. I am appalled and horrified at how this man got away with treating me. And he has a management position? There are so many other places in Ocala, with good service, that won't expect me to eat a raw burger and would refund my money in...
Read moreJust had the worst experience at this restaurant. Google reflects a closing time of midnight for this location . We are traveling to Georgia from Tampa and just wanted a quick bite to eat . We entered at 9:50 and ordered . The assistant manager (Amber) yelled at her staff for not locking the door . And I'm then proceeded to tell her staff to deliver my food to me in bags and not a tray as the lobby was closing soon and we needed to go . I took my food to the table and my wife and I started to eat I explained what happened and looked up the closing time which still reflected midnight. I asked the girl mopping what time they close and she took several moments to answer before she relayed that the drive thru closed at midnight and the lobby closes at 10pm . Realizing it was 10:05 I chose to just quickly eat and leave . Had we been informed of the closing time politely we would have taken it to go . At 10:10 my wife was finishing her sandwich and I was putting garbage away . The manager amber walks through and loudly yells they are closed and she needs to do her counts but can't because she has people in her lobby . At this point my wife is upset , she packed up her food to finish in the car and asked for the manager on duty . To our surprise it was the blonde girl making all of the nasty remarks .
