Two things: she gets upset because I ask for the additional cups of hummus that her co worker gave me. He was confused about something and accidentally gave me more than allotted but thank goodness Sophia was there to school me on their policy. I’m sure she felt really good about herself. The second thing about her is had the nerve to insert herself into the conversation that I was having with her manager about her terrible attitude. She thought I said her name and so that was her invite into the conversation. The thing is, I never said her name and even if I did, I’m speaking the manager, since she’s not manager her input is irrelevant at that moment because the conversation wasn’t directed towards her. These kids with no home training and their reprehensible behavior think they can act towards people in person the way act towards people on social media. Update 2/10/2025 - Second Visit…Today was a big improvement. My order was ready on time, good customer service and the food was delicious. I’m increasing my review from 3 to a 5 star. Everyone should give them a chance to improve, they have been slammed since day 1.
First Time….First of all, I’ve been looking forward to this place opening and have been telling everyone about it.
The food was delicious but they need to work on customer service, for example, if you ordered online 1-2 hours earlier, there needs to be a way to track that order and ensure that the customer receives it. The customer shouldn’t need to go in looking for their food and being ignored. Busy or not, customer service should be of more importance. It’s newly opened so I’m sure they need to work out the kinks. 3 stars for customer service given because I am hoping it’s just a trial run and not going to be the norm...
