If I could give 0 stars I would. I was KICKED OUT BC I ASKED A QUESTION!!!!!!!+ We were with close friends and their families. I ordered for my family and I asked her to read the order back. The lady bit my head off when I doubled checked to make sure I had 2 of something. I paid, walked away & felt I was overcharged. I realized I wasn't given a receipt. I went back up right away and asked for my receipt. I noticed an item on the menu was almost $20 & she charged me 3 times for cheese that I didn't ask for. I asked her if they made the pizza yet and she wanted to argue with me. They did not make it. I requested that they didn't and I would be refunded. She proceeded to argue with me saying that I needed to understand her point & I didn't ask for a receipt (yet both my friends received a receipt). I asked her to stop & she was embarrassing me. Please just refund me. It took 10 minutes while she was on the phone. She told me as she hands me the receipt back, that she voided my entire check & charged me for the drinks I already received. I was shocked. I said, "so you're not going to let my children eat?" Our friends already had paid for their food at that time... she told me there are plenty of restaurants that will serve me and my children. My friends stayed and I waited outside. I told her that in all the years I worked in the restaurant industry & owned my own business that I never treated anyone the way she treated me. I wasn't allowed to ask a question? If they didn't make the food, what's the big deal?? You're going to punish innocent children bc you struggle speaking English? She had a very strong accent, was rude & degrading. When I asked her to please stop she proceeded to question if there was anything wrong with me. Don't ask questions bc you'll be wrong and she'll...
Read moreDo not eat here! Fat Daddy’s Management & the town of Ocean City try to set up tourists. They print signs that are posted in a public lot stating Fat Daddy’s Parking and at the very bottom in small print put Fat Daddy’s employees. Instead of asking one of their 3 customers that were in there with us if they parked there, they contact the city to tow you. Not too mention there were 3 Fat Daddy’s parking signs & none of them occupied. I received food poisoning from their crabcake sandwich on top of paying almost $200 for subpar food & $125 to the town of Ocean City to take my vehicle off the tow truck, conveniently we had to pay him cash, such a scam artist & clearly was a setup. When I spoke with Management, very rude btw, she said the tow truck driver said we vandalized their sign. We would NEVER do that as business owners for one that is truly offensive, but more importantly, after we paid him $125 cash, how would Management know anything about this if we weren’t taken to a tow yard if they weren’t in cahoots? Things that make you say hmmm….Anyhow, the restaurant was closing at that point, so we were not interfering with business & we were eating at their establishment!! When I contacted Management to have a civilized conversation, there was no apology to give for the inconvenience they caused my family & 2 small children after we had paid for parking in that lot & for not properly cooking their crabcakes resulting in food poisoning. The Manager was very rude & quite frankly needs to take a few classes in Business Management. Unless you like perfusely vommiting & tow companies/Fat Daddy’s Management targeting you for an extra buck do not eat here!!!! I typically do not leave negative reviews but as a Business Owner myself, they should be ashamed of the treatment offered to...
Read moreAwful food, ordered 30 wings with Mild sauce and ranch and celery. Walked all the way back to our hotel to find out the wings had no sauce on them, and the ranch and Celery were not in the bag. Also got two taco salads and one of them didn't even have the tortilla chips. Salads were sub-par at best. For $10 I could've made my own for less money. Since I wasn't walking all the way back to the restaurant, I had to instead walk across the street to Food Lion and buy my own hot sauce to make the wings even edible. It was more like fried chicken, that I could've gotten at KFC for a lesser price. I called the restaurant 3 times and on the 3rd time someone finally picked up. Even though our estimated wait time was only 10min, meaning that the restaurant was dead (probably for a good reason). I spoke to the person over the phone and it took them 10 minutes to even find our Order and switched the phone to 3 different people. The response was that "the skin probably absorbed the sauce". I've had buffalo wings many times before and I can tell you that there were no sauce on those wings. She then said they could drive down to our resort and "look at the wings". I explained that I put our own sauce on and she said "the wings have been voided because you put your own sauce on". Honestly I would never, ever eat at this place again. I warn others that their food sucks. It's expensive, the salads were terrible, and the wings are soggy, and comparible to KFC (except twice the price!). Steer clear of this place, there are so many other restaurants that are also walking distance. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!! When the owner of the restaurant responds to the multiple negative reviews by justifying their food and employees, you know...
