Arby's — Restaurant in Ogden

Pickup only via the drive-thru window. It's a very poorly thought out situation. Pre-orders have to go in the drive-thru and wait behind new orders so by the time you get to the window your food has been sitting in a bag for 30 minutes. Arby's has one of the slowest drive-thru lines out of all fast food places and it's a single car lane so once you're in you're trapped. Do not waste your time pre-ordering your meals it will not save you time. You are better off just ordering in the Drive-Thru, at least that way it will be more fresh. Or if you're impatient like me you can see if the line is packed and just go somewhere else. At least half of my trips to Arby's are diverted to a different restaurant based on the fact that if the line is full I know I'm waiting a half hour and it's not worth the wait...

I made a online order when picking up we made it clear that we are there for a online pick up the guy at the window acted like a complete idiot then says here’s your order get home and they forgot part of our order because they were too busy laughing and joking around inside then so we call to tell them that they forgot part of our order so the manager for night shift says so that came with your order I was like yes look at your online order she got rude with me and says we’ll u can come get it now or later and I will make it fresh so u know with an attitude. Like seriously if u don’t like your job don’t work with the public. I will never order with this location ever again the manager is rude and people working the window are fing around too much. Not happy with our service...

Never know what you are going to get with the roast beef. Some days it’s sliced and tastes good, other days is shredded finely and it taste like it’s been under a warmer for a week. Also the unspeakable virus of 2019 is still alive and well, dining room is still closed in 2023. Lastly, this is the only fast food place I’ve been to that has completely run out of soda on multiple occasions. I love Arby’s and this one is close to my work so I frequent it but the time has come to move on.

Update: I made a huge mistake and decided to give them another shot. I do take lunch a little earlier and showed up at this Arby’s at 11:30am…. Nobody was home, people lined up outside. Apparently this Arby’s just does what they want. I should’ve listened to my...
