Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Ogden

I would love to have reviewed the food, but I don't do machine ordering. We should have guessed why the place was empty at 12:15 on a Friday afternoon. When we walked in, there were lots of kiosks to place orders on, but no human even acknowledged our presence. We waited for about 5 minutes, perusing the menu on the board, but nobody asked if we had questions or said a word. We got a couple of looks from the kitchen, but no interest in service. My husband touched the machine to start an order, and it asked for a phone # so we could be notified when it was ready. We decided that our money would be better spent elsewhere. When dining out is reduced to interacting ONLY with a machine, I'm out. I don't think a little human connection and a "Thank you for your business" is too much to ask. I bet the kiosk even asks for a tip! We went to Dylan's, just up the road. Friendly staff, and good food delivered to the table. The first thing that was odd was pulling through the drive thru and they had told me that their systems were down and they couldn't take my order, but if I come inside they can. I walk inside and order. The person taking my order was about as friendly as a porcupine in ones pants. I got my cups to get my drinks and the drink bar was a disaster. After waiting for my food I drove home and the fries were barely warm. I highly doubt fresh fries were made for my order. In addition, my burger (the one that is pictured, and honestly what I saw when I opened it) was soggy on the bottom of the bun. It's like the bun was sitting on a wet counter. And, they gave us 3 fry sauces. (I assumed there was more because I had ordered 5 meals, surely you'd get at least one each, right??). It all went into the garbage and definitely not worth the $70+. Last note, I happen to notice that they have a sign saying "hiring Managers." This location is definitely in need of good management. We won't...

I always leave honest reviews of places if they're horrible I'm going to let them know about it if they're great I'm going to also let them know about it this place is pretty awesome the food is always good they take their time and make your burgers delicious and they always look really nicely done and put together they don't look sloppy done or tastes disgusting every time we go I am always very pleased with the way my food is presented to me it's always warm and always looks very very appealing and put together nicely the service is good and the atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is always clean I highly recommend this place I've never had a problem and I will recommend it to anybody thank you for everything and don't change please stay professional and keep making delicious appealing burgers and...
