pupusas 3/10 was disappointing to see that we ordered a dozen and got very limited toppings the curtido was enough for 4 pupusas Same with two 4oz salsa only enough for the 4 pupusas that leaves 9 without not cool $30
We also tried the Chile’s rellenos de camaron that was very good no complaints there.
Agua de Jamaica/ hibiscus tea 5/5 👍
Molcajete $24.99 wasn’t impressed we asked before ordering what it came with and wasn’t told it would have cactus and that was 60% of it was supposed to have chorizo and it looked like someone had chewed it up and put it a back two pieces of it like that maybe quarter size just to give you something for reference on size hardly any meat mostly veggies and only 4 shrimp the portion size was Very skimpy had two super thin pieces of cheese the flavor was on point for the most part shrimp a little salty And hardly any sauce in the molcajete definitely needs to be sauced up next time!!! the tortillas were great made fresh the salsa was excellent Very good rice was delicious and the beans were also very good.
I almost feel like it was the first time the cook prepared a molcajete??? Presentation 4/10
I’m curious to see if there will be improvements made!!!

Read moreLiterally the best Mexican we've had in Utah... Maybe ever... We can't believe this has been open in Ogden for 5 years and Google finally showed it to me. I always sort by top rated. As of today I can confirm all of the posts and the good reviews are from happy people like me. They didn't even ask me to write this. I'm doing it before I leave because I'm so happy because all the meet was so yummy.
I actually took a picture of the food. But I don't see anywhere my phone's going to let me upload it to my review... We got the $30 shareable thing that comes in a cauldron type hot bowl. It had chicken steak shrimp and we could not decide which one we like the best because they all think so freaking good.
Even the salsa that came with the chips is made fresh here everyday.
Last recommendation... If they have the homemade coconut juice that is sweeter and better than any horchata I've ever had.. you must...
Read moreI just wanted a little taste. I ordered 1 of each. Carne Asada & El Pastore street tacos. Both were really awesome. The meat was very tender and had great flavor! No dried out hard or chewy pieces. They were on home-made tortillas which were really good. I will be returning.
We return at least once a week. I love the home made corn tortillas and still get the Al Pastor. Their homemade fresh juices are so amazing as well. I won't go anywhere else for tacos.
This is a family run small business with an amazing and friendly family who go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great fresh meal.
