Lamplite Bar — Restaurant in Ogden

The bar was pretty empty. The service was fine, we did have to wait for her on a smoke break at one point so that was slightly annoying. They need more outdoor seating, the two chairs they have are uncomfortable and falling apart. One of the beer kegs was frozen so we has to order another kind instead. It was a little rundown, but overall in pretty good condition. Not wheelchair accessible. There were random things throughout the bar that I'm not sure why they were there because they didn't look like they worked. They had a ton of tables and chairs inside that we're packed really closely together. Only one pool table. I never saw the bar tender wiping things down between customers. They had a football game on the TV. It's an okay hang out spot, I've seen worse bars...

Screw this place...old, angry bar tender is the biggest B, slow drinks, B* attitude, always out smoking/on phone, everyday looks to be the worst day for her. A bunch of us bikers came here to eat. Forget that idea, Even harder to get a drink, much less food. note to the owner* WE WENT TO GIGS! WE SPENT CLOSE TO $800 between the all of us, beers, food, spirits...I don't know how well off your business is, but if you can afford to loose $800 your doing better then most. You have lost lots of potential earnings because of this, can't imagine how many other folks you have lost. good luck...BTW Gigs is a much better, friendly bar tenders, great food,...

I have decided to change and update my stars from a 1 to a 4 because I decided to give them another chance last night. I'll still say that it does take a while to be acknowledged by the bar tender, but the food was WORTH IT. Granted I waited an hour and a half for my steak, and it wasn't that busy anymore as it was about 7:15PM, but despite the long wait, I will go back. I hope the next time I don't have to wait an hour and a half for my steak though. However, That steak was cooked to perfection. The flavors were spot on.
