Very very disappointed with our service today. Brayden was the barista, he already seemed upset in general when we got there. My $6 Starbucks Double Shot over Ice was made wrong, my wife asked them to fix it, he looked at my wife, then ignored her. After a few seconds, he asked Miki to put it into a shaker and blend in the white mocha. Miki did it, but was also very short with my wife and slamming things around. Right after, Brayden turned around facing away from us, pushed the button on his headset and mumbled something about my wife, and everyone chuckled. Two more times, we went to the counter for separate things, and each time, Brayden just sort of ignored us for a minute or two, then would acknowledge when we didn't leave. Extremely frustrating, we're done at this store for sure! And since we constantly have issues with my wife's drink order because of dietary issues, (ones we cannot avoid) we're likely done with Starbucks altogether. Sorry if I'm the one complainer, but I worked for Starbucks for years, and I'm well aware that you cannot be that way with customers ever, no matter how your day is going. Very unprofessional. I even have friends who work at this location, but we won't be back. The one girl who was our cashier (I don't know her name) was AWESOME! She was the most helpful. Read moreWorst Starbucks Last night at approx 8:58pm I went through the drive thru, where a barista took my order. At 9:00 another voice came on the intercom and said that they were closed. The barista taking my order followed suit and proceeded to turn all the lights off at the establishment. The next day I was able to call that Starbucks and talk to the shift lead who told me that they didn’t take my order and that their systems automatically shut down at 9 pm, which I have confirmed was a lie as well This Starbucks has no respect for their customers and are in dire need of chromed service training. Its important to note, that I was just looking for an apology, which I never got, from this Starbucks for proceeding to take my order even though they’re systems automatically “turn off” at 9 pm and for the turning the lights off on me. Read moreStarbucks has really fell off I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and even tried going during different times and trying different ones but let's face it y'all are overcharged and low-quality I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate twice in a cheese danish and asked if it could be heated just a little more just so that a cheese would be warm what I got was a disaster my hot chocolate taste like water and my cheese danish with burnt but not warm Beans and Brew are definitely a better choice....although they dont have the cheese danishes....
