I’m leaving a 3 because the food was good, the restaurant was clean. Our waitstaff person however was rude. I gave her benefit of the doubt to maybe just a bad day or something had happened, but when she returned with our food and slammed it down on the table, I changed my mind. During our meal I watched her interactions with other guests, she was pleasant and smiling, but lost that when approaching our table. Then I figured it out- we weren’t guests at the hotel. We came in off the street for our meal. We weren’t dressed inappropriately, we were respectful of/ to others, but we weren’t guests at the hotel. They practically pushed us out at the end of the meal as well rushing us out. The server got the tip she deserved in my opinion. If an establishment such as Raspberries does not want those not staying at the hotel in which they are located in patronizing them then perhaps they shouldn’t advertise it to the public. And it’s too bad because for people like me, I like to visit a potential place to stay when visiting that area of Maine. I’ll avoid the Gorges Grant Hotel and...

We’re moving to Ogunquit and have been on a mission to find our go-to breakfast place — and we finally found it at Raspberri’s! It was one of the last stops on our breakfast tour, and honestly, my husband didn’t have high hopes going in. But wow — were we pleasantly surprised!
The food was absolutely amazing. I had the French toast with eggs and sausage — the French toast was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and far from the dry, overdone versions we’ve had elsewhere. My husband had eggs, bacon, toast, and home fries — a classic done just right. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, and the portions were huge, which is so rare nowadays.
To top it off, our waitress, Sam, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The whole experience felt like a warm welcome to our new home town.
If you're in Ogunquit and looking for a satisfying breakfast in a cozy, welcoming setting — don't miss Raspberri’s. We’re thrilled to call it our...
Read moreI'm starting this review at two stars before eating. First impressions: dirty. The door had a huge hand stain spot. My chair was covered in salt or sugar. And I have to assume even Dennys would toss these stained coffee cups.
I will add a star for the food. Ordered the Blueberry "lemon" French toast, raspberry cream cheese French toast and a two egg breakfast. I will start by saying the buttered toast was the best thing we got! While the other items were edible, there wasn't even a hint of lemon with the blueberry French toast. I expected a lemon curd or similar. The raspberry cream cheese had NO sweetness, infact it almost tasted salted and turned my friends stomach; the raspberry "compote" was literally just mashed raspberries...I can do that with my mouth. And I counted 20 home fries. The toast was made with locally sourced bread and was delicious.
An over all disappointment after enjoying their sister site The...
