Captain D's — Restaurant in Ohio

I went in for lunch and waited in line and then they got to me and the lady behind the counter was like "what you want" in a very mean way I ordered the whole time she's looking at me like ugh I have to serve you she did the same thing to the people before me so I get thur my order and ask just for a medium water cup she charges me for it and I said isn't water free and she said I got a soft drink I told her "no I got a water cup" so she was pissed that she had to change it afterwards I pay for what I ordered and then she's like "what sauce you want" came off rude. Then I waited about 10-15 min and I looked in the bag and they forgot my sauce so I went up too get some sauce and she rudely said what you want white boi I said you forgot my sauce and then she talked to the other workers there and said "aye who forgot White boi's sauce" and the whole customer service experience was horrible that cashier she was the worst the other workers in there where great except her the big black lady if you go in. I felt she was being purposely racist to the white people when I left I'm like dam I just experienced black on white racism I'LL NEVER GO BACK...

Hadn't been here in a while, so I decided to go tonight. Ordered the Fish, Shrimp, and Fries deal, asked to have an extra side that I'd pay for of coleslaw. I had to explain it four times that I wanted the fries along with the meal, but wanted to buy coleslaw. Girl finally said "ohh, oh yeah, ok", I completed my order and pulled around to pay.

The whole way home I'm thinking "i won't have fries or slaw, I know this. I'll just accept this now". I get home and check my one meal (seafood platter) ok, cool, everything's here. Open the Fish, Shrimp, and Fries. Well, there was fish, great! There were fries, ok! There was slaw, awesome!

No shrimp. So I gave up most of my shrimp for my mom so she could have some. Went to get my plastic ware, non existent, ok, that's cool, right? Went to have my drink, no straw. Sadness.

I guess i just should be happy I had the two sides I wanted, though, the lack of shrimp was amusing. And most of the food was room temperature or lower.

I may come back, but it's going...

Update 07/06/24- they really need to hire people who are friendly. The young man in the drive through didn’t say anything . When I asked for tartar sauce he slammed the drive thru window. Literally didn’t say a word the whole time. After they had mg card forever.. they gave it back and then shoved my food almost dropping it and when I said to have a good night the young man rolled his eyes and slammed the window again. I should have pulled away when I first ordered because I got yelled at to “shut my truck off” which is not loud. Waffle House has friendlier staff. The food was fine. But man the service over the last few years get worse. Half the time the employees are RUDE and more focused on dancing and acting trashy. Where is the management??? So disappointed.

Waited in line for 20-25 mins to get up to the speaker at 7:57pm. The girl at the speaker rudely said we are closed. I asked what time she closed and she said 8:00pm. I said I had been waiting and no...
