Around April, 2017, I went there for one of their wierd fun hot dogs. The girl told me it would be wrapped in a flour tortilla instead of a bun. I said I hate the tortillas and would prefer a bun. She kept praising the virtues of a yukky, gummy flour tortilla. I switched my order to a hamburger because of the undesirable tortilla. The burger was nothing special, very much like you would get many places, rather more expensive than I usually pay. I did not get the interesting hot dog that I went there to get, and I was very unimpressed with the burger.
As I was leaving with the boring burger, she said "We keep hot dog buns for people who insist." Then she went on to say that a bun is not as good, and they should not even have them. WHY DID SHE NOT OFFER A BUN WHEN I SAID I DON'T LIKE FLOUR TORTILLAS! Unbelievably terrible customer service!!!!!
I have an extremely negative feeling about that place now. I was planning to invite friends for a little party there, but my experience there was so bad that I will never go back! How can the owner(s) let Ms. Stupid run the place with...
Read morePicked up takeout so can't speak to the service or atmosphere but was very disappointed with the food. Ordered a mac n cheese dog, which their website shows a picture of a traditional hot dog on a bunch with Mac n cheese, shredded cheese, and bacon pieces piled high on top. I got....whatever that thing is. A tortilla wrapped hot dog with bland non-cheesy cooked pasta noodles (tortilla is an alternative option to buns listed but our order/receipt clearly shows i selected "white bun"). I could even live with the wrong bread but the "mac n cheese" aspect was non existent it was seriously just some cooked plain tasting noodles inside.
Veggie burger didnt come with toppings asked for and the cheese on top was skimpy. $12.
Our $7 "basket" of fries is more like a small side and they're not even high quality fries they're just cheap crinkle cut.
Only positive was the pepper/onion dog was correct and both of the actual hot dog sausages themselves were good. But for a nearly $40 order so...
Read moreMy husband & I stopped in the first time for lunch. My husband is a disabled veteran. We had his trained and certified service dog with us. As soon as we walked in the situation seemed awkward. I asked if we could sit anywhere and the waitress behind the counter said yes. We picked a booth and placed his service dog properly under the table. The waitress came and asked us for drinks and gave us menus. A gentleman then approached the table and told us we could not have the dog in there. My husband told him she was a service animal and that she is certified. He said keep her under the table and we won’t have a problem. I then wanted to leave the restaurant but my husband insisted we stay. The waitress was nice. My husband loved his sandwich. My food was okay. However we will not be back. I hope as a fellow restaurant owner the gentleman educates himself on the disability act, approaches a customer differently and doesn’t treat another disable...
