Look I’ve been here a few times over the past 5 or 6 years and really haven’t had any real issues until this past Wednesday when I placed an order for a large Italian sub with everything on it plus mayo, and a large ham and turkey sub with extra meat and cheese and just mayo nothing else and a half of Italian with everything plus mayo. Picked them up and drove 20 minutes home when we unwrapped them the ham and turkey and cheese had everything on it and no extra meat or cheese and the large Italian sub had nothing on it but mayo when I called them the kid who answered the phone told me I would have to bring them back in to make them right and when I told him I was 20 minutes away he didn’t seem phased at all and said call back tomorrow and maybe I could talk to the manager. When I pay almost $55.00 for a couple of sandwich’s I expect them to get it right or make it right without any further inconvenience to me, but I guess that’s not the way things are done these days.

It was two weeks later after I posted the above review and also contacted the email address for Jersey Mike’s that I was contacted about the issue and this experience was just as frustrating as the situation with the order. First of all the person who called me I assume was the owner, I’m not sure but basically the first words out of his mouth was “ we don’t give credit or coupons if you don’t bring it back to the store “ I said I wasn’t looking for anything from them but I thought they would like to know how things are being done there and then he finally gave a half hearted apology and said goodbye!!!! Read more*Update 4/24/18 - The owner called me last week and was very kind. This is a new location and there is still customer service training to do. He apologized for the negative experience and offered a free meal. I took him up on the offer and tried it for the first time today. Everything was very fresh! I tried my sub "Mike's way," which was delicious. I will definitely return.
I had never eaten at Jersey Mike's before, but was excited to try something new, especially when I received a coupon for a free sub in the mail. Unfortunately, I let the coupon expire, so I called to see if they would still accept it. I figured, it couldn't hurt to ask! The person I spoke with on the phone said that they normally do not accept expired coupons, but would make an exception if I came in that day. I arrived within 15 minutes, but was told that they would NOT accept the coupon after all and nobody admitted to speaking with me. Maybe the person I spoke with didn't ask her boss or have the authority? Either way, it was a bad customer service experience and a waste of time. When I got back to my office, I even redialed the number to make sure I called the correct location. Oh well. Perhaps I would have loved Jersey Mike's subs and become a customer for life, but now...

We were excited to try Jersey Mike's for the first time, but left with out trying a single thing. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, which also falls on the management.
Obviously, because they're varely new to the area we expected them to still be training, but training is quite weak. With the first girl, we placed our sub orders for three subs and we tried to proceed to tell her what we would luke on these subs. We were proceeded to tell the next girl, but when we got to her. We were told we should have told the first lady. We tried to explain that we were told to tell her, but she proceeded to make disgusted faces and roll her eyes at us. Finally the manager chimed in, as he was working check out. We tried to explain to him also, we were told "they were just subs" and as if we should take them however and not have them fixed the way we wanted. Instead of simply asking us, what we had wanted when that's all we were trying to achieve. We gave up trying, said we'd just go somewhere else. To be told something on the lines of by the manager "I was just about to tell you, take your business elsewhere."
