We are new to the OKC area (from out of state) and decided to stop in about a week ago. I did notice it was a little dirty behind the ice cream bar but we just got a couple of frozen yogurt cones, and decided they were fantastic! So we came back tonight for a couple more. People were lined up in the drive through and inside. So I can see why so many people have complained about the wait. It was extremely dirty behind the counter and the staff weren’t wearing any gloves, touching money, food, etc. It was kind of gross actually. The couple in front of us ordered a banana split and it look nothing like the picture or even resembled a typical banana split. Here’s why I give them a 3 instead of less. The lady in front of me was so positive and reminded me, at least these kids (they looked pretty young) were working and trying and learning. She’s right. I could have easily gotten upset like other customers but thankfully I was in line with someone that looked at the positive side of this situation. Read moreI am beyond annoyed with this location. I asked for a hot fudge sundae with a brownie. I didn’t want nuts. It was covered in them and had ice cold fudge. Last time I went I asked for a frozen yogurt with extra sprinkles and they put the tiniest amount on. When I called about the sundae Nicole was so rude on the phone and when I stated that I’ve literally worked this job it’s not hard she told me “I can handle my employees and a manager made that sundae.” If she could handle them I wouldn’t keep getting the wrong thing and if it was a manager I would be embarrassed to send something out that’s not correct with cold fudge. When I drove BACK up there I asked for a refund. Nicole was again rude. After they remade the sundae I asked for my refund. She stated “I’m NOT doing a refund and a free sundae”. Read moreI have always liked this Braums but have had a couple issues recently...didn't care to put in a review until this one tonight the lady at the first window that took my money literally had her hand completely down the back of her pants!!! Then took my card like it was nothing we got to the next window and we had ordered a double dip cone with 2 flovers of ice cream and the waffle cone was busted from top to bottom they were squashing it together and put a napkin around it to try and keep it together!!! It was going to a child 5 seconds and it would have been all over my car!!! I asked them to replace it and they came back with a new cone but the ice cream was mixed like they grabbed it with their hands and just stuck it on the new cone and was smaller not so balls of ice cream like they scraped some of it off and gave less just because I didn't want a broken cone!!!
