Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Please note that my review is based on my last experience with this location, not my overall experience. I'll start by saying that it took nearly 45 minutes to receive my order, which is sometimes understandable. I understand I'm not the only customer they deliver to, so that's almost forgivable. My problem is that once my food made it to my apartment, it was messy and the ice in my drinks had COMPLETELY melted. There was not one bit of ice left in my drinks, and they tasted terrible. I've seen how much ice goes into those drinks and for mine to be totally melted was not cool. The guy who delivered to me this last time brought my food to my door and commented that he had to run back to get my drinks. He sat my bag of food ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF ME instead of handing it directly to me, which is heaps uncool. Why on earth would you sit my bag of food on the ground? WHY? Have you ever walked into a Jimmy John's and thought "dang I wish I could get some Ham Fries"? Well guess what. YOU CAN AT THIS LOCATION.

You'll get a big ol' helping of Ham Fries (the GM) when you walk in and he smiles and greets you. Always busy but never frowning, he oversees his dominion with the gentleness of an orca caring for a newborn calf.

Speaking of a newborn Orca calf, that's exactly how your sandwich will be treated. Just recently I visited this location and Ham Fries himself made my sandwich.

IT. WAS. PRISTINE.

Speaking of pristine, your sandwich will be made so fast you won't even be able to say pristine before the pristine sandwich is handed to you pristinely wrapped and packaged and ready for your pristine lunch.

Like they say, freaky fast.

Don't ask for a hot dog though, cause a hot dog ain't no sandwich.

Very disappointed in the customer service of this location. I was hosting a class in OKC and put in an online order for catering. This order was to feed 30 people. When it did not give me the option for delivery I called the store. This was at 10am. The gentleman that answered the phone took my address and confirmed that they could deliver the meals at 11:45. At 12:10 the food had still not arrived and I called the store. The manager that was on that shift was very nice but informed me I was about 2 miles outside the delivery area and they were not going to bring the food and it had not even been prepped for me to send someone to get it.
