Ramunno's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Old Orchard Beach

Respectfully what the everliving hell is this slice of pizza. Sausage pizza has gotta be like top 3 easiest slices to make, how on earth does a paid employee manage to mess it up this badly 😭 the single bite we took was gross and cold to boot. We asked for a refund and they said they wouldn’t give us our money back but that they could reheat the slice and hope the cheese melted. Like….. what? Why did it come out looking like that in the first place? The woman serving the pizza was apologetic and polite, but the overall customer service at the order counter was mediocre at best. They reheated the pizza and the cheese still hadn’t fully melted, obviously, because it was a giant wad of pre-shredded mozzarella slapped onto a regular cheese slice. For a $6 single slice of pizza, that’s insane. Atmosphere is okay. I mean, it’s a food stand by the beach, you already know what you’re getting into lol! Any of the myriad of stands nearby would undoubtedly provide a better experience. (There’s some fire Mexican food down the street!) I will note that the stand does not serve shellfish, which makes it a good option for people with seafood-related dietary restrictions!!! Anyway do not order the pizza here, it sucked.
