The most horrific experience ever. I visited this location Friday night and paid for 2 Mc flurries, a plain sundae, fries and a Mc chicken sandwich. I paid and pulled to the pick up window where the y’all young man had his mask pulled down only covering part of his mouth and was Not wearing any gloves. He hands my Mc flurries out which is an open cup, then hands out my bag with fries and chicken sandwich. I asked for ketchup and that’s when I realized he was not wearing any gloves. He had a very bad attitude and I honestly thought maybe he was deaf because he just mean mugged me and wouldn’t say a word. I thought to myself I’m disgusted and I don’t want these mc flurries or the ice cream at all because they have been exposed to him breathing and not having on any gloves. I just pulled off and called into the location and asked for a manager. The person named Raneeka that answered as the manager on duty was a nightmare. I proceeded to tell her that I wanted my money back because her employee passing out the food was not wearing his mask properly and did Not have on any gloves. Her immediate response”ma’am he is wearing gloves “. I said no he is not because I just witnessed him not having on any gloves. I wasn’t mean to her I just explained that I wanted my money back. She just cut me off, stating “just come back to the window ma’am. I pulled around to the window and as I’m approaching the window the manager Raneeka and several employees were standing there just looking at me. I handed the Mc flurries and the sundae along with my receipt to the young lady that had previously taken my order. They all just started laughing and the girl told me to just pull down. Apparently Raneeka told the employees about our conversation and me wanting my money back. I sat there at a rude young man came out and handed me $6.95 which was only for the Mc flurries so I called back inside and another white Lady answered and I asked for a manager, she said “ I am the manager “ . I asked for her name and she got loud with me stating “ I am the manager” but refused to give me her name. I proceeded to explain that I didn’t get all of the money I paid refunded. She states, “ma’am just come back up here a we’ll give you your money”. I said” I am still outside sitting where you all told me to pull down to. She states” we’ll send it out”. The same rude young man comes out again with the remaining $1.73. I will never return to this McDonald’s for any reason. My 6 family members visit this location several times a week but never again. I am a AT&T employee for more than 10 years as an Advanced Technical Support agent and rude customer service was Not tolerated at any level. The CDC has guidelines in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19 but you have people like the employees at this location that refuse to comply and management that refuses to hold their employees accountable. Instead they Get mad at the customer for reporting this behavior. I am totally disgusted because people are dying every day and this is one of the reasons why the Covid-19 virus 🦠 continues to spread and harm people. I’m not saying the young man was infected with the virus but wear the mask and gloves especially when serving food. With Covid-19 some people don’t know they have it. It's supposed to be 25 hours, I got breakfast a fee times week for months, then one day I pulled up to drive through, nobody ever took my order so I pulled around tot he window...still not a soul even though the wondow was open, so I left. I came back the following week, went to the speaker, nobody said a word, so I said HELLOOOO, and someone finally said "Our systems are down and we can't take orders" left again. I didn't return for a while, came back a few months later, same experience only this time I pulled up tot the indoe yet again because of no response at the speaker. 2 women were standing at the open window and looked at me almost spooked and said "We dint even start serving for like another 10 minutes" I said this place is 24 hours and you are the same people that have served me for months, now whats the change?" They said I could order in 10 minutes, so I did wait because I was starving. Stopped going so much but returned again a month oe so later only to experience the same thing, no response at the windoe until I said something then got the run around about the systems being down. I left. So just for fun, I came back 1 a week to see if anything had changed, NOPE, nobody at the speaker/window, nothing. Obviously open with the big 24 hour sign. Read moreI placed an order in the drive thru it took forever! What ever happened to pulling the car if the order isn't ready? I got out of line and went inside. I order "2 ITEMS"!!!! I get my order and get home it's wrong. My large fry was a medium. I go back and call inside and speak with Sharnesha, Sharika, the said manager and I explained that my order was incorrect and I would like the correct item. She asked me was I going to pay the difference. I told her being that the order was rung up incorrectly and I went home and came back it seems that for my inconvenience your mistake you chalk up the difference. She then asked me again about the order and what was ordered and how it was rung up. Finally, she said ok. I get the fries and they were heavily salted. One fell on my lap leaving salt scattered on my black pants. I then shook the fries thinking maybe it was just the top, but it wasn't, so I asked for more fries. The cashier wanted me to pull up. This 10pm to 11pm crew had no sense of urgency, customer service, or common courtesy. They won't greet the front counter and when they finally do walk up they tell you that you "have to" order thru the kiosk.
