Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Olympia

So I come here a lot to get pizza for my 3 boys, Usually never have issues and staff was always cool. One night they gave me an entirely different kind of pizza, Owner reached out and said he would refund or remake the pizza. I chose refund and went to the store to get the refund. The employees working made it akward when doing so but whatever the owner was super cool and nice and made sure I was taken care of and was made right. Go back tonight to get my boys fave, the only thing they ever get, pepperoni pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. Got there at 940pm and the worker was not happy about this. He immediately rolled his eyes and sucked his teeth and was Obviously very upset by me ordering one} pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce but anyways I order the pizza and he asks me if I want anything else and I reply with, Yeah you could maybe lose the attitude (like he was legit acting like I was being such a Pain in the *SS, And how dare I come in 20 mins before closing and want to buy a pizza) His exact reply was, Yeah I don't think I'm going to be able to do that one, Yeah I can't do that. I just smiled and didn't respond and me and my kids left and went to dollar store to buy some drinks. Came back 6-8 mins later and grabbed our pizza, Get home FOR IT TO BE MADE WITHOUT PEPPERONI 😞🍕.

I Don't even want to go back and tell them because they are going to act like I should have just accepted the pizza and ate it and kept it pushin and not want my money back. I work hard for my money and want to get what I paid for and if not at least make it right or refund me without the attitude or acting like I'm such a brat wanting one.And I get it everyone has bad days and can be irritated but it still doesn't excuse your behavior and your behavior like this in front of other customers also there and Honestly I'm just not going to come here anymore. Its not worth the headache and it's not worth playing roulette every time you go not knowing if you'll have to deal with their attitudes or quality of the pizza is lacking or just completely made wrong...

Would I call myself a Little Caesers expert? Yes. Have I eaten more Little Caesers than most 32 year olds? Absolutely. I’ve lived in multiple states and have eaten at many different Little C’s and I can confidently say that this is by far the absolute worst. They must get their ingredients from the dumpster outside of a Dollar Tree because this did not taste like Pizza Pizza. On top of the trash in a box they called a Hot and Ready- the inappropriate conversation happening behind the counter between the man who introduced himself as the owner and another skeezy looking guy was enough to make me never want to come back to this location. I’m sure Mike and Marian, the founders of Little Caesers, would be extremely disappointed if they ever stepped foot in this business- mostly because the pizza they would be served would taste like a foot.
