We had a terrible experience dining here. We dined with a party of 12 on a Saturday night. We we're told ahead of time that we would be at 2 separate high top tables in the bar area because of our large party. We walked in and there were 3 other tables seated. I said we have a reservation and instead of seating us, they told us, oh yeah we've got you at those 2 tables over there, and just pointed to our tables. After seating ourselves, we were brought menus and told that there was about 10mins left in happy hour. We hurried to figure out what we wanted. The server finally came back with about 30 seconds left in happy hour and we ordered drinks and apps. They did honor the happy hour pricing. We finally got our drinks after about 15 minutes and then we ordered our entrees. We waited an additional 20 minutes for our appetizers to come out, so about 35-40 minutes for 3 orders of bruschetta. One of our people also ordered fries when we ordered appetizers but the server said that she misunderstood and put them in as regular food. A few people had ordered side salads and soup to start the meal. The soups and salads didn't come out until after our entrees. We waited for over an hour for our meals to come out. Most of the food we received was just okay. One entree came out not matching the menu description. The entire time we were there, they only had 4 people working the front of the house. We had to ask every time we needed something. Not once did our server ask us how things were or of we needed anything. When one of the workers came by to fill up our water glasses, he filled up my beer glass with water and there was still beer in my glass. We were celebrating and we wanted to spilt the check for the guest of honor. The server stated that she was unable to do so until someone paid their bill first. It took her about 30 minutes to fully ring out our checks. Keep in mind the number of tables in the restaurant didn't change for about 90 minutes so we were very unclear about why our service was so aweful. When we arrived, the area of the bar that we were sitting next to was covered in bar glasses. Since there were so few employees, the number of glasses just kept growing. The glasses didn't get washed until we were getting ready to leave. We ended up being there for over 2 hours. Needless to say, no one in our party will be rushing back any time soon or ever for that matter.

From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome. Our server Regina was one of the warmest and friendliest that I've encountered. We decided on the charcuterie board, nosh burger and the Roy g biv salad. The charcuterie board is a decent pick at $24 for 2. Definitely in the right price range for the assortment The salad was very good. It's separated and it looks like if you want to have it mixed, that's on you. If you like having things separate than this is perfect. Flavors were good and balanced. We ordered the nosh burger rare ($14) and Asked for truffle fries on the side. (It comes with a side, no additional cost got these fries) The burger itself was very good, cooked to order. The fries were phenomenal. We stopped eating everything else so we could eat more fries. I was recently at another restaurant that did truffle fries, but I found the balanced flavor here superior. The last photo I posted shows me holding it so you can see an approximate size. They go have happy hour prices during happy hour. You can save between $1-$5 I mentioned I wasn't a wine drinker and she jumped at the chance to introduce me to a wine. She found one I was very happy with. There's a lot to love about nosh. Service was top notch. Its very obvious they care. They offer happy hour and military discounts and have a bartender that loves making craft artisan drinks. Their cocktails start at $8 and go up to $12. Happy hour reduces some to $6. Parking is hit or miss depending when you are there. We went in the day, there were spots in the street but be prepared to pay

It was fairly empty when I tried this place out at almost 7 pm on a Thursday, which really surprised me because the service is VERY knowledgeable and efficient. Patrick was working the bar, and he was very informative of all the wines and also gave me a deal on a glass of more expensive wine than I was drinking because he had to toss the bottle and didn’t want to waste it. He checked periodically, but he didn’t check in too much - it’s usually one extreme or the other in most places. The food is GREAT and presentation is way better than most restaurants I’ve been to. The hummus is made in house and tastes great, and the Roy G Biv salad - although not quite a “salad” like the name suggests - is super tasty with whatever the dressing is! It was a great welcome to Omaha to discover this place!

I would like to preface that I am extremely forgiving when it comes to customer service. I tip 20% as a minimum regardless of service. However! This place was extremely bizarre and also very unprofessional. We were one of maybe ten people there, and yet it took approximately fifteen minutes for anyone to come to our table, and another five for them to come back and take our order. When we did put in our order, they were out of most of the things on the menu (and this was during prime Friday night dinner time). We let them know we had a show to get to down the street and asked for them to bring the check with the meal (of which we had to select from an already extremely limited menu--what italian restaurant runs out of noodles??). About ten minutes later they come to tell us that there are six people ahead of us (who? there's no one here??) and it would be a half hour and was that okay, which, no, bc of the aforementioned show, so we told them we would just cancel our ticket. They did charge us $15 for a cocktail we didn't get a chance to finish tho, so that was cool. Fwiw, I don't really care about staff professionalism, bc it's customer service and customer service is a horrible job, but for people who do care about it they were pretty bad at it lol. Very casual and flippant, which was counter to what you would expect from the atmosphere. Again, that wasn't the least of my concerns, but I know some people care about that, so if you're looking for a nice, professional, elegant experience, and also to eat food at all, probably go somewhere else. 0/10, had a bad time. I can't give an opinion on the food, tho, bc they did not give me any of it, and also most of it was gone, so. ¯(ツ)/¯ Hope you find somewhere better, or if you do go here, go like, an extra hour ahead of time because you will receive extremely slow service. Peace ✌🏽

P.S. I guess one thing was they inexplicably had mouth wash and little cups in the bathroom, so if you want to wash your mouth out from all the food you didn't eat,...

Went for a friend's birthday dinner party of 9. Be aware that you will be charged for every extra pita you order if you get the hummus appetizer. They serve a large portion of hummus but only give a small portion of pita triangles and some sliced cucumber. Had a bunch of hummus leftover and asked if we would like more pita to finish off the hummus, no indication there would be an extra charge until the bill came out. That was just the start to the problems with the kitchen. The food was very slow - almost 20 minutes spanned between the first entree and 9th being brought out to the table. The filet medallions we're rare when ordered medium well. They were sent back and came out charred on the outside and still rare in the middle. Sent back again and it was finally remade from scratch and this time cooked close enough to medium. I ordered the shrimp wrap with had way too much wrapper compared to the filling which was mostly spinach and included 4 whole shrimp - way over priced. The only thing that was good were the drinks which were well made but that can be attributed to the bar/bartender and not the kitchen. The manager sent out a slice of cheese cake, two scoops of ice cream, a lava cake and some mini cheesecake bite to "make up" for the slow and unimpressive service. At least I could fill up on cheesecake since I was still hungry after the paltry shrimp wrap offering. Our server apologized all evening for the kitchen performance. Consensus amongst the group is that we will probably not return to a place where we spent $75+pp and have service that is worse than a...
