Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

Stood at the register for over 5 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order. When they finally took my order, the assistant manager made me feel like I was bothering him. When I got my order of chicken nuggets, I wasn't given any dipping sauce. The staff was glued to the order monitor, trying to get the drive thru orders done. Didn't ask them for sauce due to the fact that I would be bothering them once again. While eating, I ran out of ketchup, so when I went to get some more, I couldn't find the ketchup dispenser. Turns out that the assistant manager brought it to the counter to be refilled. I didn't have access to it, and seeing that they were concentrating on the order monitor, I knew I had no hopes for a refill. As I sat there eating my nuggets plain, I observed another customer waiting at the register for about 5 minutes. I don't know if they were short-staffed, but the 2 stars are for the food. Just went here last night, tried calling and couldn't get through. Long story short I was in the drive through, had ordered some onion rings and the lady working the drive thru (her name was Celia or Cecelia) something like that was also packing up my onion rings. For one she didn't use any gloves to get the onion rings in the little sleeve, and two SHE USED HER BARE HANDS TO TAKE SOME OUT BECAUSE SHE OVERFILLED IT. It was gross and she did it right in front of me where I could see her. No offense but I do not know where her hands have been and I doubt she had washed them since she used the screen from the drive thru. I asked for another batch because she was picking at them with her hands and I didn't want those anymore. She still didn't use gloves the second time around but at least she hadn't touched any this time but...

I am so upset after wanting to try a veggie burger for the first time they gave me a burger with no bun.....they are known for having vegetarian options but just gave me lettuce and a veggie meat. Super waste of time and I also tried calling and no answer. What kind of customer service is that? It clearly says it on there menu. Employees should know what they offer instead of just assuming!!!!!! For all I know the piece of meat smothered in lettuce could be non meatless and make me very sick as I don't eat meat!!!!!!
