The cashier at this l Iocation is VERY RUDE I ordered 2 plates with noodles instead of rice and they charged me extra (which I don't mind) when this RUDE lady served me the noodles 1 of my plates had much less noodles than the other one , I asked her to please put more noddles on the plate and she ignored me , I asked her again and she started whispering to the other cashier guy and started laughing at me !! she finally put a little more noddles on my plate but honestly THIS LADY HAS THE MOST UGLY ACTITUD that I ever seen!! I CANT believe the owners don't care because I'm not the only review talking about this CASHIER'S attitude , of course I will never go back to that place they used to me my favorite food and we drove 40 minutes just to be...

Dont go there Bad manager bad cashiers I bout food and drinks there the drink (lemonade)was awful no flavor I went to tell the cashier that I wanted different drink then the manager said give him the same kind . Then I said what's the point if does not taste good then I said give mi sprite the manager said its going to cost you a dollar I said that's fine the I said for 1 dollar you prefer to let go a unsatisfied customer she said yes then the cashier said we can't loose a dollar . We'll I paid 1 dollar they give me a sprite and guess what it also tasted awful. The cooks I give them 4 stars but manager, cashiers 0 stars ....

I don't normally review places at a mall food court but I saw this place had two stars so it peaked my curiosity. Growing up as a teenager one of my favorite places to eat at the ventura mall was sarku japan. Moving to the IE there unfortunately is no Sarku Japan. Until I stumbled on this place. It is exactly the same, but I feel they have more variety in comparison to sarku. The food was delicious. I really dont understand the hate. It is exactly like sarku. I orderd double chicken so they were generous with the portion size. Always order...
