The VIP Room — Attraction in Ontario

The VIP Room was more than we could have hoped for. We had our daughter's Sweet 16 there on April 5th. Marco answered all of my million questions. He let me visit the venue multiple times prior to the event because that's the kind of person I am. He accommodated every request. The bartenders were so great they added to the experience. Even the security guards made sure the kids were safe and were helping people to and from the restrooms. The DJ had the party going all night. Marco and his wife were present throughout the event to make sure everything ran smoothly.

My guests were very impressed with how beautiful everything looked. It was the perfect setting for our "Princess and The Frog" theme. I consider myself to have high standards when it comes to decor and The VIP Room really came through. This Venue is basically all inclusive. The only thing we had to arrange was:

photographer desserts (the venue provides a beautiful backdrop) florals (the venue has centerpieces that are non floral if preferred) alcohol/coffee

The only thing that gave me slight disappointment was the food service. The food itself was tasty (we chose chicken alfredo, veggies, salad and bread) but the service was a little lacking. Our event had approximately 180 people. I think they may have needed a few more servers. The tables in the back waited quit awhile to get food. Also, the servers did not attend to the Court Table or The Parents table as much as I would have liked. We were busy greeting guests and only those sitting down got served. It took a couple requests to get our plates.

Overall I would still highly recommend The VIP Room but would make sure to have a conversation about the servers with Marco. Like I said he's very accommodating and with a few additional servers I know it wouldn't have...

We had our daughter’s quince here on March 23rd and it was beyond everything we could have dreamed of!!! We received so many compliments on how beautiful and elegant the venue looked. The food was delicious and the staff did a great job tending to people. Marco and his staff were extremely helpful, attentive, kind, and made the entire planning process so easy for us. We didn’t have to worry about anything and were able to enjoy the day. Our daughter had such a great time and never left the dance floor!!! This Venue is beyond beautiful, the amount of compliments received were overwhelming. The process from start to finish was so easy and the communication was great.
