I used to love going here with my mom every time we went to the mall. We would often get a few cookies each time because they used to sell individuals. I understand that is not the case anymore. That would have not have been as much of an issue, if the man running the counter wasn't so rude about telling us. When we were still looking at cookies before we'd even decided if we would buy anything, he came up and said "just so you know, it's not the same as it used to be here" and had an attitude the entire time he spoke with us. When he told us that they don't sell individuals, he talked down to us as though we (two grown adults) were children and when my mom asked why they don't do singles or three packs anymore, his attitude got worse. I have no problem with having to buy a bigger box, but if the clerk is going to be rude to me and my mom before I even get a chance to ask a question or decide if I want anything, I'll just go somewhere else. He talked to us like he just automatically assumed we couldn't afford anything there and was mean when we asked a question. I'd recommend just going to rocky mountain chocolate factory down the hall until he gets his...

Okay, so I just had the macarons from this new shop and… I think I’ve reached dessert nirvana. Seriously, one bite and I started questioning every life decision that led me to this store.
These little flavor bombs are crispy on the outside, and Soft inside. This should probably come with a warning label that if you come to eat one, you might end up eating many. The shop has such a warm vibe too. Super friendly service, and you can tell they really care about what they’re serving. Friendly vibes, cozy shop, and zero judgment when I asked for “just one more box… again.”
If you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor and go. Just be warned — your snack standards are about to be ruined forever (in...
Read moreMy family and i where delighted by the service at woops. Lauren was very helpful in the design process for my daughters birthday macaron pyramid (she was very patient with my indecisive 8 year old daughter lol). They delivered the pyramidA to our house the day of the birthday and even added beautiful flowers to the pyramids. My daughter felt so special that day. In terms of flavor, they were all on point. Texture was soft and practically melts in your mouth. The colors were bright and vibrant which is hard to find with macarons. We choose: rose, honey lavender, strawberry, birthday cake, blueberry cheesecake, pistachio, coconut, vanilla & salted Carmel. Our guests loved every flavor chosen! This is a must when visiting the Mills or looking for a unique...
