4th & Mill — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

First, let me start from the beginning which was not so good then I will get to the highlight to celebrate the GM Tabitha of Boston's in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.

I placed my order via Eat24 and they stated it would be 45-60 mins for the delivery. That time came and went so I placed a phone call to the restaurant directly and this gentlemen answered and put me hold for 5 mins. I hung up because I was frustrated, and no sooner than I hung up the phone there was a ring of my doorbell. Food was here BUT it was cold, the chicken was one shy of what it was supposed to be, and for the Fish Taco meal the beans were not included. The boneless chicken was very small but since it was for the kids I guess that was okay. I proceeded to re heat the food and was agitated slightly by having to wait and it being cold, and not complete.

Made another phone call and this time received the GM (Tabitha) on the phone. I went into explanation of what happened, and she was sooooo understanding and truly a peoples person. Excellent Customer service provided by her solely. She didn't try to rush me off the phone with some excuse, and she understood what I was trying to relay. I'm ever so grateful for her and what she does next. She placed a new order for me and told me that she would bring it personally. =) =) Now, I have to say that I haven't experienced this type of service before and as the new GM she should really be recognized for her response to me and I'm sure to other customers as well!!! She brought us the new order personally, and she was such a delight. Boston's Executives or whomever promoted her did an OUTSTANDING job because she get's it! Tabitha thank you from the bottom of my heart and my children's stomachs for your understanding and willingness to turn an unhappy customer to an ecstatic one. You're the GREATEST!!! Had I not have had the experience with Tabitha I would've rated this at a 1, but due to the Customer Service I received from her I shall give it a 5 and the food was great the second...

I came here on a Thursday night after work with some friends. We arrived at 11:20 and the place closes at midnight. They have security at the door and workers walking by, there is a huge "please wait to be seated" sign so we waited no one came for quite a while. They all just walked by looking at us saying nothing. When we were finally seated by the host, we waited for a server to come finally one walked by and said ill be right with you and never came back. We flagged him down and asked what happened, since he passed by us several times after he acknowledged us. He said his manager was suppose to take our order. At this point its 11:50 and my friends when to the bar to get drinks. Then he told us we would be unable to get food since the kitchen was closed. I told him all we wanted was chips and salsa. He brought it to us on the house. We ate a few chips and noticed there was a staple in the chips and we flagged him down once again and he said he would bring his manager. She came by and we explained what was going on. All She did was say she would take it off the bill and walked away, didn't let us respond and tell her we didn't have a bill, didn't apologize or try to fix it. She made us feel like we put a staple in there on purpose. This place sucks. Its not our fault they were short staffed because they obviously didn't check that there was a event at the arena across the street so they got slammed. There's no excuse for being treated like that and frankly I'm not sure how the manager got her job because no manager should...

I have been driving by this place for over a year and did not think that I would stop but tonight I thought I needed to give it a try. It is a bar and grill and the atmosphere was lively and alot of people having fun. The place had families of all ages and it was great to see. The place had so many TVs that it looked like an electronic store with all the TV displays. There was a couple of pool tables and the people were having a great time. Now the food, I wanted a bar type cheese burger and ordered that with fries. The burger was really tall and was going to hard to bite it but I managed to sacrifice my jaw and dislocated it like a snake to bite this 10 inch tall cheeseburger. The meat was flamed broiled and was cooked so good I did not want to take the last bite. The char was perfect and it did not overwhelm the taste of the meat but complemented every component of the cheeseburger. Great choice. The fries looked seasoned but they did not have that over powering seasoned taste, they were crispy and hot and went very well with the flamed broiled meat. I then sat for awhile to take in the joy of others and wished I had my family here too and enjoy the establishment. I sat so long I convinced myself to get the brownie with ice cream and chocolate and caramel drizzle. OMG!! MMMMMMM... Now this made me feel so satisfied and relaxed that this made the night.
