What are you most excited to try? :) LUXE BUFFET ! ✨ THE AYCE RESTAURANT WITH EVERYTHING I CAN IMAGINE + MORE ! When I’m here I just ask myself do I want dim sum first or LOBSTER first ? 😂 ALL SO GOOD! Usually I don’t like dim sum at AYCE spots but this place is an exception 🦞 🦀 🍽️ HIGHLY recommend ! ⭐️ #socal #foodie #restaurant #review #food #lobster #crab #seafood #explore #california #calieats #yum #crablegs #ontariofood

THE LUXE SUCKS! My party and I had the most absolutely horrific food and service here. As a place that poses as an "upscale" restaurant, it's the knock-off of the buffet world. The only elevated thing about this place is the prices. Don't settle for this overpriced, poorly made food. The Luxe touts that it's an Asian-fusion spot with fresh ingredients, NOT. The Mongolian BBQ was so dry, the meat was extremely tough and tasted a day old. The coloration of the meat was also questionable. It was gray! The Luxe requires you to pile a plate of meat and other toppings so you can hand it to a rude cook with nasty vibes. I walked up to the grill and he yanked my plate out of my hands. All I said was "hi" and he gave me a despicable look. I was still being kind even after he made me wait 15+ minutes for him to return to his post. Next, he cooks my meat, slaps it on a plate and throws it at me! Don't even get me starting on the waitress... I told her I had a Yelp discount for a free drink and she totally ignored me and said "HOLD ON!" She was asking for our drink orders and purposefully passed me up. My friend defended me and said "hey, he asked for his free drink" and she finally took my drink order. She was very aggressive and dismissive of me. She's the middle-aged Asian lady with major attitude. I will strongly discourage my Yelp community members from coming here. Want dessert? Too bad, you have to pay extra for ice cream. They have these cheap ice cream cups (the size of a fruit cup) in a dingy freezer as one of the dessert options. Each cup is an additional $1. This is a scam, dessert SHOULD be included, NOT HERE. The ice cream is dollar store quality, again very poor food options. Each buffet option starts at $39.99 for crappy food, seniors get $3 or so off. The buffet screams greed and anti-customer service.

I was so blown away by this restaurant, I knew I just had to write a review while I am still seated and digesting all the food (trying not to think about how I may have likely ingested mold). Weekend dinner for 1 person is $40. The seafood was really unique. After just one bite of the crab legs, I lost my appetite for the rest of the night. Their special butter sauce (not real butter), crawfish, baked lobster and more sent my bowels down to levels I had never experienced before! Their coconut tapioca pudding, a traditional Chinese dish that is very simple and easy to make… well, clearly, it was not very simple and easy for The Luxe Buffet to make it… I had amazing feelings of nostalgia while dining here. The food made me reminisce of Panda Express. They have a wide variety of different kinds of store-bought and reheated “food.” If only their taste and quality was as impressive! I had a jolly time seeing Asian businessmen with puffed-up chests waltzing around such a fancy-looking restaurant, eating out of plastic disposable plates and utensils that snap easily when used. PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES BEWARE! Children frequently run and play, mixing and matching food (and contamination) in the process. Make sure to get your money’s worth of food poisoning! What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

It's ok. Price is reasonable for all you can eat restaurant. Certainly way better than say Golden corral but not nearly as good as Umi Seafood Buffet in City of industry about 30 minutes away. The dining room is certainly large and can probably accommodate several hundred people. Food wise it's okay, especially if you're hungry. The sushi and sushi roll selection weren't very good. They look tired. In terms of cooked seafood options there's more to choose from and in some cases it's actually pretty good. Moving over to the other cooked food items, there's also more to choose from and the quality is not bad. You just have to pick your battles. For me the fried frog legs were the highlight, but that's just me. They also have a Mongolian BBQ section where you can have them cook some noodles and meat for you. Desert consists of ice cream in small containers that you can grab from the freezer as well as your standard mini cakes that you can grab from the cold drawer or cabinet. Servers and staff were pretty friendly and the dining room was clean and well lit. Going out to eat is expensive these days so dinner at luxe buffet is certainly a reasonable option, especially if you have people with you who have large appetites.

Honestly, this place was a big let down. Over the years I've heard a lot of great comments about this place so I decided to try it out. However, I wish I would have just skipped out on it. The lunch buffet is very bland. The ambiance is great looks super classy and very clean and respectable looking restaurant. But then, as you line up to get your food and grab yourself a plate, you get a styrofoam plate. Its almost laughable not even hard plastic plates you find at parties or real plates. The lunch price is only $17.99 which is actually reasonable for a buffet but its the quality of food they serve and the taste of the food which is a big turn off. They offer Tepanyaki where they cook the food right in front of you with your selection. Then they have warm food mostly consisting of Chinese food along with Dim Sum. Then they have Sushi choices under the Sushi bar. Lastly, there is a dessert bar. All in all the place is okay but just not for my taste. The dinner price is $31.99 so hopefully they serve more food during their night time meals because lunch was not impressive. Overall 2.8/5 Taste 2/5 Cost $$
