The most dirtiest target in the inland empire. It’s never fully stocked especially during this holiday season. Some customers prefer to shop during the morning to avoid the afternoon chaos. Unfortunately this target refuses to stock their shelves or freezer areas . As soon as you walk through the doors you will get hit with a loud stench of poop. The smell lingers throughout out the store . The customer service is awful , none of the team members greet their customers , they don’t acknowledge you , when you’re walking down the isles they treat you like you’re contagious. You can definitely guarantee an uncomfortable vibe throughout your shopping experience. They don’t stock up their shelves with food and all items get left in their dock . They stock the floors with stale food items a day or 2 before the expiration date . Majority of the packages are damaged but they still fill the shelves with those items instead.
Every freezer door is filthy the milk area smells bad, you will smell a loud spoiled and rotten smell in the freezer . None of the fruit and vegetables are fresh !!! They don’t mop or clean anything and if they do they are not cleaning it properly. They never have hot food available (pizza or popcorn) , the team members never stock their pop corn or pizzas . The slushy machines are always down and they don’t switch out their filters , the team members don’t wear gloves and they don’t follow safety guidelines. This target has several registers but only 2 are open and they have the most slowest cashiers with horrible attitudes and some of them are disabled so be prepared to wait longer in lines . The refrigerators next to the registers are filthy and filled with expired drinks . Some drinks have exploded and they do not clean it up . There are old dried up stains in those refrigerators and it’s beyond filthy . The Ulta area never has anyone available, that area is wide open with no workers . The fitting rooms are filthy with piles of clothes . The bathroom looks like a portable bathroom and it smells bad and its cleaning standards are below bare minimum. You can’t find baskets . It’s the worst target in the whole state of California and I’m embarrassed to be a customer. May this review help spread awareness about this place. Read moreSo I find a "merchandise return" card from a return I did after Christmas without a receipt but I remember using a portion of it but didn't use the whole thing. I walk in to this target and walk up to a young lady in the customer service register. I told her I had found this gift card, I wasn't specific where I had found it (it was at the bottom of my backpack) and I wanted to know the balance. She scans it and says "nothing on it, it's trash" and she places it on top of the register. I walk away but I know I never keep anything if it doesn't have anything on it so I know there is credit on that card. So I walk back a couple minutes later and ask if she still has the card, she said yes it's right here then I ask to speak to a manager. She calls for a manager then tries to say they are unable to check balances on those type of cards, then I ask "balances spent or credit left". She stood there with blank look, at that time manager walks up and she explains that how I found the card on the floor, and she scans it and it had a 3.79 balance on it and gives it back to me. Manager walks away as if nothing and she tries to tell me that the card she gave me was another card and I guess my card was "thrown on the floor, look it's right there". Lol I didn't see anything. Had I said it was my card to begin with, would it had made a difference?...
Read moreVisited this store on 10/7/23. I was in the area and decided to stop by this Unfortunate location to make a Cat N Jack return. I attempted to do my return for 4 cat and jack items I had that my Daughter no longer uses. I did not have my Receipt BUT policy states that if you do not have a receipt you MAY return for store credit with a valid I.D. Tatianna refused to take my return giving me a Nasty Attitude, then I asked to speak to higher management, which then I spoke with ETL AMANDA, her first approach was so unprofessional and unethical towards me, she still denied my return stating that the policy is that I needed my Receipt, which I know 100% sure that’s false allegations. I’m also a team member at another Location so I immediately knew they were Both lying about the policy. I was treated unfair and like I was some sort of thief. I stepped aside to speak with guest service over the phone and they even clarified that the store was wrong and that they did not know their policy guest service representative, Also spoke with in-store team member (Team leader Tatiana), and they still refuse to accept my return, even after speaking to Guest Services.
