If I could i would leave a negative stars i would. The disappointment and distraction with their bad service. This is not the first time that I come to this specific location! The last two times that i have been here i have receive the WORST SERVICE!
I came in today at 7:30pm. The host took our drink order and stated that our server would be with us in a bit because she is caught up. I said no problem i can understand that they get busy! Mind you i arrive at 7:30pm server did not come to us till about 30 minutes later. Took my order 50 wings all drums breaded 20 911 20 spicy garlic and 10 bbq with 2 orders of curly fries.
Order is taken at about 8:20pm. We are sitting there patiently my husband sister and kids and i are hungry but still patient. Almost 9pm and still no wings finally about 10 minutes later wings come out! THE ORDER COMPLETELY WRONG! She brought mix wings 20 spicy garlic 20 bbq and 10 911. I apologize and advice that my order was wrong and no curly fries. She made it seem as if we mess up FUNNY Sasha reads back our order to CONFIRM! And guess what she reads completely opposite to what she brought said sorry and said cooks made a mistake🤔! Till this point I’m still keeping calm and patiently waiting! At that point i said can you at least bring my fries. My kids where hungry so at least they can get started with fries.
She went and re order our order! We are sitting there wait another 30 minutes and STILL NO WINGS! We finally decide to get up and leave. I tell Sasha cancel my order. FUNNY THING AS SOON AS WE GOT UP TO LEAVE SHE BRINGS OUT OUR WINGS! IT SEEM AS IF THE COOLS HAD OUR WINGS DONE THE WHOLE TIME AND IST LAG TO GET THEM TO US !
We went to the register where the manager was ask for our check advice to make sure that our order was cancel i believe her name was Malarie! She didn’t even seem concern of anything that was going on she didn’t bother to apologize or to even ask if everything was ok!
Never again will i be going! I will be reporting this business to BBB. As they made me feel as if i screw up when clearly is either they don’t care about customer or the STAFF SUCKS! Because back then service was great! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

However, the service has now become so disappointing to not return ever again. I placed an order of fried pickles served to my table with several crumbs of fried fish when I’m allergic to fish, I never requested fried pickles and fish crumbs that were nasty. In addition, my drink was empty for at least 10 minutes until I asked another server to please refill it, then suddenly our server seen it to rush to our table if we needed anything. This was on a Friday and the restaurant wasn’t busy, but instead the server was more concerned on her appearance than providing pleasant service. Therefore, I contacted Mike the shift manager who acts as if everyone is out for a freebie? So, he turned down the opportunity of making the experience a pleasant one, instead he offers the cheapest items on the menu supposedly to make up for a bad experience that his cooks use the same dirty oil and cook everything and anything then serve it to one’s tables. I also noticed; the wings are no longer cooked into the buffalo sauce as in the past now they simply just pour the sauce over ready cooked wings. Consequently, they no longer taste the same nor are they the same quality a customer pays for, they are now like fast food wings with restaurant prices. WTH? Read moreGot to hooters and sat in the first booth. I waited almost twenty minutes for a server. I got up and asked to be moved to another seat and waited almost another twenty minutes for a server. All the girls there act like they don't want to work. The server finally came and asked to take my order, but we never received any menus.So she had to go and retrieve some for my Ten year old son and I. I ordered a blacked and tan and he ordered a sprite. Waited almost another twenty minutes for my beer to come, and it never came. I had to get up and go to the bar and get it myself. We ordered Buffalo shrimp with samurai sauce, and when it came out, there was a big black chunk of something on top of my shrimp. It looked like a burnt piece of cardboard. The server came back and took a look at it and did not know what it was. She took the samurai shrimp before I could take a picture and made me a new order. We ended up getting a new server, and she was awesome. Her name was vanessa. But nevertheless we had a horrible experience for over an hour until Vanessa came. This is the only hooters close to me, so I still go, but I don't think I will be going anymore. I understand now why they are all closing down. Horrible customer service.
